The study were aimed to evaluation of main nutrient, metabolic energy of rapeseed dregs.Surveyed and collected 6 representative samples of rapeseed dregs from hunan province, the proximate composition such as crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),crude ash(Ash),crude fiber(CF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),total energy(GE)and amino acid contents of 6 rapeseed dregs samples were analyzed.Selecting AA broiler chickens whose age 1 day, carrying out the metabolism test respectively in 11-13 d and 25-27 d,collecting dung with the total collection method and measuring the metabolic energy. And in 14 d and 28 d,collecting chyme and measuring standardized ileal digestibility of animo acid.Analyze the relationships between chemical compositions and metabolic energy or standardized ileal digestibility of LYS,MET,TRP,THR.Then established the regression equations. Results of study showed that:1 The proximate composition of rapeseed dregs: CP 35.05±1.31%?EE 9.43±1%?Ash 6.7±0.29%?DM 87.1±1.13%?Ca 0.86±0.03%?P 0.95±0.05%?NDF 44.7±1.47%?ADF 28.78±2.56%?The kinds of essential amino acid contents were: LYS 1.44±0.18%?MET 0.15±0.03%?TRP 0.33±0.15%?THR 1.61±0.18%?VAL 1.43±0.10%?ILE 1.17±0.15%?LEU 2.24±0.13%?PHE 1.18±0.14%?HIS 1.20±0.11%?ARG 1.83±0.20%.2 The apparent metabolic energy and nitrogen-corrected metabolic energy for broiler chickens whose age 14 days were8.01±0.26MJ/kg?7.91±0.26MJ/kg;And the age 28 days were7.44±0.24MJ/kg?7.35±0.24MJ/kg.3 The kinds of essential amino acid standardized ileal digestibility on 14 ages were: LYS 69.12±1.90%?MET 79.58±1.81%?TRP 78.80±1.56%?THR 69.13±2.00%?VAL 66.00±1.95%?ILE 66.80±2.14%?LEU 72.05±1.94%?PHE 74.34±2.94%?HIS 72.42±1.50%?ARG 68.68±2.20%;The kinds of essential amino acid standardized ileal digestibility on 28 ages were: LYS 75.23±1.48%?MET 78.91±1.00%?TRP 77.08±0.66%?THR 71.13±1.42%?VAL 66.22±1.69%?ILE 69.53±2.79%?LEU 74.79±1.06%?PHE 77.89±1.71%?HIS 75.92±1.36%?ARG 72.51±1.20%.4 The predicting models of metabolic energy:The best predicting models of AME and AMEn on 14 ages: AME=24.98-0.391NDF(R2=0.828,RSD=0.292)AMEn=25.04-0.394NDF(R2=0.831,RSD=0.291)The best regression equations of AME and AMEn on 28 ages: AME=23.077-0.336NDF(R2=0.726,RSD=0.338)AMEn=23.06-0.34NDF(R2=0.729,RSD=0.340)5 the predicting models of amino acid digestibility:The best predicting models of amino acid standardized ileal digestibility on 14 ages: LYS=-7.01+2.826CP-2.075CF(R2=0.953,P=0.010)MET=110.644-2.81CF(R2=0.845 RSD=2.299)TRP=106.834-0.725NDF(R2=0.989 RSD=0.227)THR=-79.357+4.284CP(R2=0.715 RSD=3.976)The best predicting models of amino acid standardized ileal digestibility on 28 ages: LYS=161.02-2.002NDF(R2=0.957 RSD=1.27)MET=144.269-1.521NDF(R2=0.831 RSD=2.065)TRP=112.053-0.824NDF(R2=0.999 RSD=0.080)THR=102.11+1.079NDF-2.63ADF(R2=0.974,P<0.01)...
