At present,the fertilization methods of the mainstream corn precision fertilizer planting machines at home and abroad are basically the outer tank wheel type,but the corn planting distance is large,and the fertilizer applied to the open space between the corn plants cannot be fully absorbed and utilized,resulting in fertilizer waste and soil.Pollution.Aiming at the above problems,a method of intermittent fixed-point fertilization of corn precision was proposed,and the research on intermittent precision fertilization technology of corn precision was carried out.Through the application of sensor technology,GPS positioning and speed measurement technology,automatic control technology,and through computer modeling and bench test,a set of corn precision intermittent fixed-point fertilization system was developed.The main research contents include:(1)An intermittent fertilizer-discharging mechanism that can be integrated into the existing mainstream corn precision fertilizer planter is designed.Based on the agronomic requirements of corn fertilization,based on the form of the fertilizer mechanism of the existing mainstream corn fertilizing planter,the design scheme of the corn precision intermittent fixed-point fertilization system was proposed,and a precise intermittent fertilizer-discharging mechanism was designed.Iron,intermittent discharge pipe and fertilizer baffle.By simulating and verifying the feasibility of intermittent fertilizer discharge in EDEM software,the results of the pilot production test showed that the fertilizer discharge performance of the mechanism was basically consistent with the EDEM simulation results,which verified that the fertilizer discharge device can realize the quantitative intermittent fertilizer discharge function and the uniform fertilizer discharge rate.The effect is better.(2)The seeding information collection and processing technology was studied.According to the working principle of photoelectric sensor,the seeding information collection system was developed.Based on the measured operating parameters of the machine and the drop time of the seeding,the corresponding time interval of fertilizer discharge was calculated,and the synchronous control model of seed fertilizer was established.According to the above seeding information collection system and the seed fertilizer synchronous control model,an intermittent fixed-point fertilization control system was developed.(3)A precision intermittent seeding and fertilizing platform was built,and an indoor bench experiment was carried out.It is verified that the intermittent fixed-point fertilizer device can realize the function of fixed-point intermittent fertilization according to the collected seeding signal.When the conveyor speed is 0.56m/s,0.83m/s,1.11m/s,the fertilizer is discharged from the intermittent fixed-point fertilizer device.The coefficient of variation of the particle mass was 9.62%,which verified that the uniformity of the intermittent fertilizer release was good.(4)The precision intermittent fixed-point fertilization system was integrated into the current mainstream corn precision seeding and fertilizing machine,and the whole field test was carried out.According to the analysis of the test data,the average distance of the seed fertilizer center at the speed of 2km/h,3km/h and 4km/h is between 5-8cm,and the minimum pass rate of the fertilizer center is 92.8%.Meet the agronomic requirements of corn farming.The effective length of fertilization accounts for about one-third of the plant spacing,and the maximum coefficient of variation is 12.37%.Compared with the strip application,the fertilizer utilization rate is effectively improved and the amount of fertilizer is reduced.The developed corn fine-quantity intermittent-point fertilization system can spread the quantitative fertilizer to the fertilization point of the predetermined corn plant according to the corn fertilization agronomic demand,realize the “one-fertilizer” sowing and fertilization mode,and improve the fertilizer utilization rate.
