Study On Tidal Irrigation Technology Of Water Fennel | Posted on:2019-09-08 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:H S Xu | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2393330596955425 | Subject:Gardening | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | In order to explore the suitable tidal irrigation mode of water fennel,water fennelFuqin No.1 was used to screen the suitable nutrient solution and substrate volume in the tidal irrigation mode.The effects of nutrient solution supply time and maintenance time on the yield and quality of cress were studied.The growth index and physiological index of the cress plant were measured.After comprehensive analysis,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)In the screening experiment of nutrient solution in tidal irrigation mode,the quality of water fennel cultivated by Japanese garden trial nutrient solution was the best but the yield was low;the production of cress cultivated by Japanese Yamazaki was the highest and the quality was second only to the Japanese garden trial.Compared with other nutrient solutions,Yamazaki nutrient solution was more suitable for the cultivation of cress under tidal irrigation.(2)In the substrate volume screening experiment under tidal irrigation mode,the leaf area of water fennel under 6×6×11 cm volume was large,the yield was high and the soluble protein and soluble sugar content were the highest;the vitamin C and total flavonoid were the highest under 5.5×5.5×6 cm volume.The total flavonoid content is the highest.According to various indexes,the yield of water fennel was the highest in the volume of 6×6×11 cm,and the quality of water fennel was excellent.This volume was the most suitable culture volume.(3)In the research experiment of liquid supply mode under tidal irrigation mode,the water fennel yield was the highest when the interval time was 30 min and the maintenance time was 240 min,but the quality was poorer in each treatment.When the interval time was 60 min and the maintenance time was 60 min,the quality of the water fennel was the best,but the yield was low.The yield and quality of water fennel were higher when the interval was 60 min and the duration of nutrient solution was240 min. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Water fennel, tidal irrigation, yield, quality | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
