Integrated comprehensive evaluation of all indicators, finally We obtain the best seedlings plug seedlings nutrition supply program. The results are as follows:1.Cucumber, Tomato from emergence to 5 leaf stage, seedling growth morphology, physiology and plant water use efficiency are subject to the nutrient solution supply duration and interval of two factors together and influence each other, the time is too short for liquid seedling wilting water, the longer will adversely affect seedling growth; the interval there was an interaction with the liquid supply time, in an appropriate period of time for the seedlings have a facilitating role.2. There is regression equation that effects of cucumber chlorophyll content(y) on maintaining time(x1) and interval time(x2): y = 2.468 – 0.041x1 – 0.007x2 – 0.007x1x2 – 0.003x12 – 0.074x22;Root activity: y = 0.32 + 0.036x1 – 0.016x2 – 0.002x1x2 – 0.097x12 – 0.121x22.4. There is regression equation that effects of cucumber plant water use efficiency(y) on maintaining time(x1) and interval time(x2): y = 3.66 + 0.089x1 + 0.227x2 – 0.035x1x2 – 0.12x12 – 0.352x22.5. At tomato seedling stage, Seedling best solution for the liquid supply is the maintain time from 13 to 16 minutes, and interval time is from 319 to 371 minutes. We suggest this program for tomato seedling fertilizer supply.
