Corn Straw Utilization Methods And Its Development Strategy

China is a large agricultural country with abundant straw resources,and the state has always attached great importance to the comprehensive utilization of straw.The effective utilization of straw can not only help alleviate the shortage of fertilizer,feed and industrial raw materials in rural areas,but also helps to reduce environmental pollution and realize the sustainable development of society and economy.This paper selects Gongzhuling City of jilin province as the research area,and the household survey is carried out from the five towns and villages(streets)of the twenty Manchu Town,Liu House Street,Huaide Town,Shuangcheng castle and South Weizi Street.Through the method of questionnaire survey,and the author uses case analysis method and data analysis to analyze the reasons why farmers choose straw utilization from a vertical,horizontal.macro and micro perspective.According to the situation of straw utilization,the sustainability of the current utilization of corn straw in Gongzhuling was analyzed and the relevant policy suggestions were put forward.In order to achieve the above objectives,this study is divided into the following aspects: concept definition and theoretical basis;utilization status of corn straw resources;analysis of farmers' behavior in Gongzhuling corn straw utilization mode;analysis of the sustainability of current corn straw utilization in Gongzhuling;conclusions and countermeasures and suggestions.Through the system of investigation and analysis,this paper summarizes the main ways of utilization of corn straw in Gongzhuling: household fuel,discarded incineration,straw power generation,straw returning and straw feed.In view of these five methods,this paper further studies on the behavior of local maize farmers,and concludes that the factors that influence the selection of farmers mainly include: One is human factor(age,education degree);Second,family factors(arable land area,geographical location);Third,the economic factor,namely the cost-benefit analysis,is the most important factor affecting the choice of farmers;Fourth,information factors(government propaganda and technical training);in addition,the current utilization of straw in Gongzhuling has changed gradually from the traditional waste gas incineration to the resource utilization,and the prospect is very considerable,but there were also many problems affecting the sustainable development of straw Utilization,such as: high cost,immature technology,inadequate implementation of policies,insufficient awareness of farmers themselves,low utilization of straw and less subsidy.Especially in the field of straw returning,the first choice should be to utilize the sustainable development of straw utilization,but the utilization of straw in Gongzhuling is mainly in the way of leaving the field.Therefore,in view of the above studies,this paper proposes the following four countermeasures: the first is to ensure the quality of the returning to the field,and to do pest control work;the second is to strengthen propaganda,leading farmers' ideological consciousness transformation;Third,implement the policy implementation of comprehensive utilization of straw,and attract more straw comprehensive utilization projects in local investment;Fourth,deepen reform and reform agricultural subsidies.
