China is a big country in agriculture,and grain production is of vital importance to the development of China.Water resources are the decisive factor in grain yield,how to improve the utilization of water resources has become a key research issue.Currently,most regions at domestic and foreign have introduced conservation tillage and new agricultural farming techniques that use this farming technique to avoid soil erosion and increase soil water utilization rate.However,this type of farming method is not suitable for all soils.So,it is necessary to construct a farmland environment monitoring system and use this system to collect farmland environmental information,so as to provide decision basis for the selection of the farming patterns.Recently,a series of research achievements at domestic and foreign have been made in agricultural environmental information monitoring systems,which have solved the problems of remote information transmission,power supply and information collection accuracy.However,the methods for monitoring the effectiveness of conservation tillage were mainly through artificial field measurement,or through the test equipment in the field for data acquisition,lacking intelligent automatic data acquisition system.In order to monitor the field environment on real time and compare the conservation tillage and conventional tillage effect on the field environment,a remote monitoring system was developed in this paper.The design of this system mainly includes information collection terminal,remote monitoring software,GSM module and mobile phone.Among them,the information acquisition terminal realizes the data communication with the remote monitoring software through the GPRS technology.In order to solve the problem of large workload of field terminals and poor real-time data collection,the GSM module was used to implement the short message sending function of the data information at the remote monitoring software.The information collection terminal is mainly used to collect crop growth environment information,which uses the STM32F103C8T6 single-chip computer as the core controller,and uses multiple MS10 sensors and PTWD-2A sensors to collect soil moisture and soil temperature at different depths respectively.The AM2305 sensor is used to achieve air temperature and humidity.The remote monitoring software is developed by the “C#+Access database” mode,using C# language and Access 2003 database,combined with WinForm technology,which has the functions of user information management,remote information monitoring,data query,data storage and SMS sending.The test results of moisture content monitoring accuracy show that the soil moisture detection accuracy was above 95% under both the conservation tillage mode and the traditional tillage mode,which meets the measurement accuracy requirements.The power supply test results show that the system can continue to work normally under continuous rainy weather,and the continuous cloudy operation time of the system exceeds 5 days,which meet the continuous uninterrupted power supply requirements in the field environment.System field test tests show that the communication quality between the information acquisition terminal and the remote monitoring software is stable and reliable.The remote monitoring software can monitor the data information transmitted by the information acquisition terminal in real time,with functions of data monitoring,data storage and SMS sending.The comparison test results between conservation tillage and traditional tillage show that conservation tillage can significantly increase the utilization rate of soil water compared to traditional tillage patterns.
