The Development Of Small Irrigation Pumping Remote Control System Based On GPRS Module

With the rapid development of information technology and computer technology, automaton has been widely used in various fields, remote control and burglar alarm has been successfully achieved. Use of GSM notwork and Single Chip Microcomputer technology, can be achieved remote control without geographical restrictions only lower cost.In this paper, build a rural small irrigation pumping remote control system based on GPRS module, achieved remote control pumping and short message burglar alarm and remote captured image. Experimental system hardware includes pump, control module of STC12C5A60S2 MCU, GSM/GPRS module, SLA-05VDC-SL-C electromagnetic relays, floating ball level switch, NJK hall sensor and PTC01 serial camera. The main work includes hardware selection, software design and system debuging. Software desigm using C languange code program, include the main program, relay control program level sensor program, hall sensor program and MMS control program design. The main function of the system includes managers control pumping open and close use of mobile phone short message; pumping automatic shutdown to prevent the head of irrigation overfolwing when the head of irrigation ditch water is too high; when someone enter the pumping station the hall sensor can perceive and send alarm messages to managers’ tellphone; use camera can take the inside of the pumping station send to mobile phones at any time, can keep abreast of the inside situation of the pumping station.In this paper, combine the actual needs of the current management of small pumping, use advanced wireless communitcation technology and MCU technology to changed the traditional pump control method, realized "unmanned on duty" target, and improve management efficiency, saving management costs. This system is manipulation simple, safe and reliable, low cost, conducive to the promtion, it’s important to improve the management level of rural small irrigatiom pumping.
