In order to explore the effect of compound Miao medicine in Sansui duck production performance and intestinal flora,this study compared the growth performance,immune indicators,antioxidant indicators,egg production performance and intestinal bacteria when adding different proportions of compound Miao medicine in Sansui duck The experiment was mainly divided into three parts.Part 1: Effects of three sorts of Miao medicine as the dietary supplements on egg production performance of Sansui duck180 female ducks with 30-week-old were randomly divided into 10 exprimental groups(T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6,T7,T8,T9 and CON).with 3 repeats of18 each,in each group.T1,T2 and T3 groups were added with 2%,4% and 6% lysionotus pauciflorus maxim on the basis of the control group.and T4,T5 and T6 groups were added with 2%,4%,and 6% blumea balsamifera on the basis of the control group.T7,T8,and T9 groups were added with 2%,4%,and 6% of serissa japonica on the basis of the control group,and CON group fed the basic diet for the control group.The peliminary experiment period was 7 days and the formal experimental period was 35 days.Egg yields was recorded.After finishing the test,15 blood samples are randomly collected from each group.The relevant biochemical index are determined.The results are as follows:(1)The effect of lysionotus pauciflorus maxim on egg production performance in ducks with 30-34 week old.Compared with,T1 and T2 groups,the average daily feed intake in CON group was significantly higher(P<0.05);the average daily egg weight in T3 group was significantly higher than that in T2 and CON groups(P<0.05);the laying rate and FCR in T3 group were significantly higher than that in T1,T2,and CON(P<0.05);No significant differences in egg qualities were detected among all groups(P>0.05).(2)The effect of Ainaxiang on egg production performance of Sansui ducks with30-34 weeks of ageThe average daily egg weight in T5 group was significantly higher than that in T4 and T6 groups(P<0.05);FCR in T5 group was highest(14.31%)FCR in T4,T6 and CON groups were,respectively,3.45%,20.66%.In terms of egg quality,there was No significant differences in egg qualities were observed among all the groups(P>0.05).(3)The effect of serissa japonica on egg production performanceof Sansui ducks wth 30-34 weeks of ageFeed intake in T9 was significantly lower than T8 and CON(P<0.05);ADG in CON group was significantly higher than the T7,T8 and T9 group(P<0.05);The laying rate and FCR in T8 was significantly higher than that in T7,T9 and CON groups(P<0.01).No significant differences were detected among all groups(P>0.05).To sum up,different proportions of lysionotus pauciflorus maxim,blumea balsamifera and serissa japonica added in diets may improve the production performance of laying ducks with 30-34-week-old.Part 2: Effects of compound Miao medicines as the dietary supplements on the growth performance and the serum antioxidant immune indexes in Sansui duck150 ducks with 13-week-old were randomly divided into 5 exprimental groups(T1,T2,T3,T4 group and CON)with 3 repeats of 30 each,T1,T2,T3,and T4 groups were added with 2%,4%,6%,and 8% of the compound Miao medicine on the basis of the control group.The peliminary experiment period was 7 days and the formal period was 28 days.The relevant indicators were measuremented and collected.(1)The effect of compound Miao medicine on the growth performance in ducks with 13-17 weeks old.No significant differences between the experimental group and the CON group in FI and ADG(P>0.05)(2)The effect of compound Miao medicine on the serum antioxidant index in Sansui ducks aged 13-17 weeksCompound Miao medicine can significantly reduce the MDA content(P<0.01),the average MDA content of each group was of 28.81% lower than that in CON group,the lowest was in T3 group,but GSH-PX,values in T1 and T2 groups were significantly higher than that in CON group(P<0.05),the SOD values in T3 group was significantly higher than that in CON group(P<0.05).(3)Effect of compound Miao medicine on protein content on biochenical index in Sansui ducks with 13-17 weeks oldALB values in T2,T3,and T4 groups were significantly higher than that in group of 2% addition group and the CON group(P<0.01).(4)Effect of compound Miao medicine on the immunoglobulin content of Sansui ducks aged 13-17 weeksOn Ig A,the content of T2 group was the highest,which was significantly higher than that in control(P<0.01),and the content of the control group was the lowest.On Ig G,the T1 and T4 groups were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).In summary,a certain level of compound Miao medicine can improve the antioxidant immunity of Sansui ducks aged 13-17 weeks.Part 3: Effects of adding compound Miao medicine as the dietary supplements on egg production performance and intestinal flora in Sansui duck160 female ducks with 37-week-oldfemale ducks were randomly divided into 5exprimental groups(T1,T2,T3,T4 group and CON)with 4 replecates of 8 each,T1,T2,T3,T4 groups were added 2%,4%,6%,8% of the vaccine compound on the basis of the control group,the peliminary experiment period was 7d,and the formal period was 35 d.The results are as follows:(1)The effect of compound Miao medicine on the production performance in Sansui duck ducks with 37-41 weeks old,ADFI,FI in wxperimental groups showed an increasing trend.FI in T4 group was significantly higher than that in T1,T2,T3 and CON(P<0.05);ADG in T4 group was significantly lower than that in T1,T2,T3 and CON group(P<0.01);the average daily egg production rate and FCR,in T3 group were significantly higher than that in T1,T2,T4 and CON group(P< 0.01).(2)Effect of compound Miao medicine on the egg quality in Sansui ducks with37-41 weeks old.Egg shape index in T2 group had the highest value,which was significantly higher than that in T1 and CON groups(P<0.05),the range was between 1.30 to 1.40.(3)The effect of compound Miao medicine on the intestinal microflora in Sansui duck with 37-41 weeks old,In this experiment,the optimal bacterial group of the Sansui duck was Bacteroides,and the Bacteroides of the compound vaccine group was higher than the CON group,and the T1 group was significantly higher than that in CON group(P<0.05);the T3 group with the highest egg production rate,The Fusobacterium phylum was significantly lower than that in the other 4 groups(P<0.05);the T3 group significantly reduced the relative abundance of Fusobacterium,while the other 3groups in compound vaccines were not significantly different compared to the CON group(P>0.05),And T3 group also significantly increased in the giant unicellular genus in the intestines in Sansui ducks with aged 37-41 weeks(P<0.05).To sum up,a certain level of compound Miao medicine may improve the performance and feed utilization in Sansui duck with 37-41 weeks of age,and does not significantly change its egg quality,and improves the Bacteroides phylum,Bacteroides and Megamonas The relative abundance of the genus Bacilli reduces the relative abundance of the genus Fusobacterium and the genus Fusobacterium,it plays a certain regulatory role in the health of intestinal flora.
