Ecological cultivation in rice fields is of great significance for achieving high quality,high efficiency,stable yield,ecology and safety in grain production.This article uses conventional rice cultivation as a control,adopting the method of coupled breeding of rice-duck,rice-loach,and rice-duck-loach,to explore the effect of three modes of paddy field ecological cultivation on rice quality and yield.The results of the study are as follows:(1)Effect of paddy field ecological cultivation on rice quality.In terms of grinding quality,Compared with single rice cultivation(CK),the paddy field duckling pattern(RD),paddy field loach model(RL),and paddy field duck-loach(RDL)models all improved rice milling quality.The RD,RL and RDL under the two rice varieties all increased the rice brown rice rate and polished rice rate,and the difference was significant.Varieties H You 518,RD,RL,RDL all increased the milled rice rate,in which RL,RDL's head milled rice rate was significantly different from CK,and RD had no significant difference.In the appearance quality,the three coupling modes of ecological cultivation and nutrition treatment had no significant effect on the aspect ratio of ZhongZao 39,but all of them could reduce the chalkiness and chalkiness rate,among which RL,RDL were compared with CK,and chalkiness was The rate of chalky grains decreased significantly,but the chalkiness and chalkiness rate of RD did not decrease significantly.The aspect ratio,chalkiness,and chalky grain rate of the H You 518,RD,RL cultivars of the cultivars all decreased,and the differences were significant.Compared with the CK,RDL could reduce the aspect ratio,chalkiness,and chalkiness of the rice grains,but the differences were not significant.In cooking and nutritional quality,compared with CK,the treatment of the coupling mode,the ZhongZao 39 had an increasing tendency,in which RD,RDL increased significantly,RL did not increase significantly;RD,RL,RDL to gel consistency,the change was not significant,the gel consistency of RD and RDL became longer,and the gel consistency of RL became shorter;RD and RL did not significantly increase amylase content,and RDL significantly reduced amylase content;RD,RL,RDL's protein content was reduced and the difference was significant.Compared with CK,the basal value of RD and RL of cultivar H You 518 increased significantly,while that of RDL showed a decreasing trend with no significant difference.RD,RDL significantly increased the consistency of rice plastic,and RL decreased the consistency of gel.However,the effect was not significant;RD,RL,and RDL significantly reduced amylose content and protein content.(2)Relationship between rice RVA spectral characteristics and rice quality.In this experiment,the disintegration value of rice RVA spectra was negatively correlated with chalkiness and chalky grain rate.The elimination and recovery values in RVA spectrum were positively correlated with chalkiness and chalkiness.There was no correlation between RVA spectral characteristics and other indicators of rice quality.In RVA spectra of rice,the disintegration values of the two tested rice varieties that were coupled by the three ecological species were higher than those of the control group,and the values of elimination and recovery were lower than those of the control group.(3)Effect of paddy field ecological cultivation on yield of rice.The ecological seeding treatments of the two rice varieties tested showed an increase in yield compared with the control,but the difference was not significant.Studies have shown that in the yield components,the two varieties of RD,RL,RDL can increase the effective ear and seed setting rate of rice,and both can increase the total number of grains per panicle.Compared with CK,the number of total grains per panicle increased significantly in the early variety 39 and RD,and the difference reached a significant level.The increase of RL and RDL was not significant.The total number of grains per panicle increased significantly in variety H You 518 and RD,while RL and RDL did not increase significantly.Compared with CK,RD,RL,RDL and CK of two rice cultivars reduced the number of grains per panicle,and the difference was significant.The 1000-grain weight showed a slight decrease,but the decrease was not significant.
