Characteristics Of Rootstocks And Effects Of Growth By Bud-thinning And Bagging For ’Taishuu’ Persimmon

As the famous special product in persimmon,Taishuu is favored by the market,but the persimmon transplanting destroys the main root,and the slow seedling period is long.After the autumn grafting,the rootstock is not compatible,which seriously affects the promotion of the Taishuu;the fruit surface fouling crack Serious,affecting its commerciality,but the corresponding research is less.This paper provides a basis for the promotion of Taishuu by comparing the root systems of different rootstocks,comparing the treatment of different substrates,and the investigation of the growth after the grafting in autumn.At the same time,through the bagging treatment of different materials,the problem of fouling of the Taishuu fruit surface is reduced,the germination treatment improves the fruit production,and the harvesting period records the optimum harvesting period,which provides a basis for improving the fruit quality.The research results are as follows:1.Improve the speed of promotion:(1)By comparing the roots of different rootstocks,the roots of persimmon rootstocks(Huangbian Xiaojixin,Xiaoguo Tianshi)have no roots of Date-plum rootstocks(852,824,Fuping Date-plum),and the roots of Huangbian Xiaojixin in persimmon rootstocks It is more developed than theXiaoguo Tianshi,and the 824 trait is the best in the Date-plum rootstock.(2)By comparing the different matrix treatments,it was found that the company’s nominal seedling substrate slag:sawdust:pig or cow dung = 9:3:8 is most conducive to the growth of each root system.(3)Through the investigation of the grafting of the middle anvil,it is found that the comprehensive traits such as the growth potential of Zhejiang persimmon are the best.2.Improve fruit quality:(1)By bagging different materials for the Taishuu,it was found that the non-woven fabric treatment is most beneficial to keep the fruit surface clean,and at the same time increase the weight of the fruit,and the sugar content and hardness are closer to the comparison.(2)The length of fruiting maternal branch is proportional to the thickness.As the length of fruiting maternal branch increases,the number of new numbers,the number of results,and the number of results increase.The oblique extension direction is beneficial to the result.The Taishuu hair branches,the result ability is weak,and the result branches gradually decrease from the top to the bottom of the resulting mother branches.As a result,the probability of the first two buds from the top of fruiting maternal branch is more than 50%.After the germination treatment in autumn,the yield will be reduced.Therefore,it is not recommended to carry out the germination treatment on the Taishuu.(3)There was no significant correlation between the number of maternal branches and the number of results and the results of the shoots and the length of the mother shoots after the freeze damage.It shows that the germination treatment and the result of the growth of the length of fruiting maternal branch can not improve the occurrence of frost damage.(4)The optimum harvest period for Taishuu is around September 25.(This data is obtained from the Yangling National Persimmon Germplasm Resources,and other parts of the country can be appropriately adjusted according to the phenological period.)...
