Persimmon can be edible without artificial deastringency,it has higher commodity value than astringent persimmon,but the cultivated varieties of persimmon all from Japan.With the cultivation and promotion of persimmon from 1980`s,adaptive rootstocks is the key to the development of persimmon.The study was conducted with ‘Fuyu’,‘Taishu’,‘Youhou’ Non-astringent persimmon whose root-stocks were ‘D. glaucifolia Metcalf‘1’’,‘D.lotus L.’,‘D.oleifera Cheng’,cultivation persimmon of tian1 and 3, Diospyros kaki.var.silvestris of 537,536,506,542,531,Q7.‘D.lotus L.’ and ‘D.oleifera Cheng’ are root-stocks that are not affinity with ‘Fuyu’ persimmon. ‘Diospyros kaki.var.silvestris’ of 506 is root-stock that is affinity with ‘Fuyu’ persimmon.Studying the different affinity of ‘Fuyu’,‘Taishu’ of different ages,to appraise the change of affinity trend of persimmon in different growth phase.It can also be used to choose right root-stocks and indexes that can forcast affinity in early stage.It can provide a scientific basis for the study of affinity mechanism and. The results are:(1)While root-stocks are Diospyros kaki.var.silvestris of 537,536,531,542,cultivation persimmon of 3 and tian1,D. glaucifolia Metcalf,the net growth,the content of soluble protein,soluble sugar and Chlophyll are higher than the grafted persimmon when the root-stock is Diospyros kaki.var.silvestris of Q7.While the content of malondialdehyde is lower than it.By membership function and correlation analysis,it turned out that :the change of affinity is similar with grafted Diospyros kaki.var.silvestris of 506 persimmon when the rootstocks are ‘D. glaucifolia Metcalf‘1’’,cultivation persimmon 3 and tian 1 etc.,so they can be rootstocks of ‘Fuyu’, ‘Youhou’, ‘Taishu’.When root-stock is Diospyros kaki.var.silvestris of Q7, the change of affinity is similar with ‘D.lotus L.’ and ‘D.oleifera Cheng’ persimmon,the affinity is bad,so it can`t be rootstock of three persimmon.(2)The survival and saving rates of ‘Fuyu’ and ‘Youhou’ persimmon of annual trees are higher than ‘Taishu’.especially when the‘D.oleifera Cheng’ as root-stock,the saving rates of ‘Fuyu’ and ‘Youhou’ is 15.07% and 8.53% out of survival rates.While the saving trees of ‘Taishu’ is 0.The content of soluble protein and chlorophyll of ‘Youhou’ and ‘Fuyu’ is obviously higher than ‘Taishu’. Analyzing the growth and physiology indicators of different grafted persimmon by membership function analysis,it turns out that the ‘Youhou’ persimmon is highest,the ‘Taishu’ persimmon is the least in 8 different root-stocks.It illustrated that ‘Taishu’ persimmon is more strict than others.By comparing the affinity change of ‘Fuyu’、‘Youhou’、‘Taishu’ grafted persimmon.It turn out that in rapid growth stage of annual trees.While the affinity is good,the growth potential is high,the content of soluble protein and soluble root sugar,root activity is increasing and the content of MDA is decreasing,the activity of SOD and POD are high.on the contrary,the affinity is bad.It illustrates that,in rapid growth stage,the growth potential 、the content of soluble protein,MDA,soluble root sugar and root activity can be indexes to forecaste the affinity of grafted persimmon.(3)After analyzing the change of affinity of different ages grafted persimmon,it shows that:In rapid growth stage,the difference of biennial grafted persimmon between affinity an inappropriate is obvious.At this time the value of related physiological index can express affinity.The study found that the net growth,the content level of soluble protein,root activity,malondialdehyde and root soluble sugar can be used to forecast affinity of grafted persimmon.the content changes of soluble protein,root activity,root soluble sugar and malondi aldehyde is related obviously.The change of affinity can be forecast by comparing the c ontent level of soluble protein,root activity,root soluble sugar and malondialdehyde of annual and biennial grafted persimmon in rapid growth stage.
