This study aimed to systematically analyze the nutrient characteristics of eight different sources of distillers dried grains with solubles?DDGS?in the domestic feed market, and establish the apparent metabolic energy?AME?,nitrogen-corrected apparent metabolizable energy?AMEn?,ileal amino acid apparent digestibility?AID?and standard ileal amino acid digestibility?SID?predictive model of DDGS in broiler chickens. In order to supplement feed databases and provide a reference for the precise formulation and optimization of broiler diet formulas with corn DDGS.Test 1 Analysis of nutrient characteristics of corn DDGS.The crude nutrients, pure nutrients, mycotoxins and other physical and chemical properties of eight different sources of corn DDGS were determined. The mean values of the main indicators were total energy?GE?20.07 MJ/kg,crude protein?CP?31.43%,crude fat?EE?10.77%,brightness?L?67.09,redness?a?7.24,yellowness?b?28.82,Zein 13.37%.Both aflatoxin?AFB1?and zearalenone?ZEN?did not exceed the standard, and the vomiting toxin?DON?of sample No.5 exceeded0.12 ppm.The essential amino acids had the lowest Lys content and the highest Leu content. The results showed that:?1?There were different degrees of variation in nutrient content of corn DDGS.The CP variation was the smallest, the Ash variation was the largest in the general nutrient, followed by EE;the L mutation was the smallest in the chroma, and the b mutation was the largest;?2?The corn DDGS used as the the broiler feed lacks the Lys content while the Leu content is abundant.Test 2 The test of the DDGS metabolic energy and the establishment of the prediction equation for broiler were carried out by a single factor completely random design.7681-day-old Aiboyi broiler chickens were randomly divided into 8 treatment groups,8replicates per treatment. The two-stage metabolic test was carried out at 11d13d and25d27d.The results of AME and AMEn were determined by whole method. The results showed that:?1?The range of AME and AMEn in 8 corn DDGS broilers was 9.5416.13MJ/kg and 9.3915.85 MJ/kg;AME and AMEn ranged from 11.28 to 16.15 MJ/kg and11.16 to 15.69 MJ/kg at 25d27d,respectively.?2?Mycotoxins and Zein can be used as effective predictors for evaluating the metabolic energy of DDGS in broilers, and the prediction accuracy is higher.?3?The best prediction equation for 11d13d is:AME=-0.382AFB1+16.418?R2=0.945,P<0.01?,AMEn=-0.369 AFB1+16.119?R2=0.939,P<0.01?;25d27d The best prediction equation is:AME=1.443 EE+0.423 CP-15.744?R2=0.911,P<0.01?,AMEn=-0.003 ZEN+1.56 a+3.295?R2=0.950,P<0.01?.Test 3 The test of the ileum amino acid digestibility of the DDGS of broiler chickens and the establishment of the prediction equation were carried out by a single factor completely randomized design.864 1-day-old Aiboyi broiler chickens were randomly divided into 8 corn DDGS test diet groups and 1 nitrogen-free diet group, with 8 replicates per treatment, used to determine the two-stage AID and SID for 11d13d and 25d27d,using the exogenous indicator ileum terminal chyme method. The results showed that:?1?There are differences in amino acid ileal digestibility of corn DDGS for broilers, which can be predicted using the raw materials CP,EE,L,Zein and mycotoxins.?2?The best prediction equation for SID of broiler corn DDGS TAA and Met obtained in this experiment is:11d13d Y?TAA?=-3.999 CP+188.606?R2=0.604,P<0.05?,Y?Met?=-3.104 CP+169.896?R2=0.487,P<0.05?;25d27d:Y?TAA?=1.385 L-13.866?R2=0.740,P<0.01?,Y?Met?=-0.061 ZEN+2.572 AFB1+98.772?R2=0.936,P<0.01?.In summary, the nutrient contents of different sources of corn DDGS have different degrees of variation. The metabolic energy and amino acid digestibility of DDGS in broiler chickens are affected by many factors.Nutrient content, mycotoxin content and color,Zein and other physical and chemical properties indicators can also effectively predict the biological potency.
