Radix Glehniae it's the dried roots of Glehnia littoralis belonging to Samphire. At present, most of the Radix Glehniae come from artificial planting. In order to pursue the yield of Radix Glehniae in production that blind and excessive fertilization are widespread, the study on the absorption and utilization of mineral elements in the growth and development of Glehnia littoralis, and the effect of different fertilization on the yield and quality of Glehnia littoralis was relatively weak.In this study,we research the different organic fertilizer and the condition of N,P,K ratio application that Dynamic changes and differences of Glehnia littoralis with N,P and K.We are analyzed the effects of different fertilization treatments on dry matter accumulation, yield and quality, and explored the yield and quality with different harvest time of Radix Glehniae. The main research result are as follows:1 The absorption and utilization of N,P and K in different organic fertilizer treatments of Glehnia littoralis were significantly different. The accumulation of N,P and K in overground part, root and whole plant were the highest of AO4 treatment. The accumulation of N,P and K in overground part were 405.69mg,115.91mg,610.50mg,which were respectively significantly higher than other treatments. The accumulation of N,P and K in root were 184.71mg,66.73mg,187.31mg,,which were respectively significantly higher than other treatments. The accumulation of N,P and K in whole plant were 590.41mg,182.64mg and 797.81mg,which were respectively significantly higher than other treatments. The accumulation of N,P and K with different organic fertilizer treatments of Glehnia littoralis showed AO4>AO3>AO2>AO1.2 The accumulation of N,P and K in overground part, root and whole plant of Glehnia littoralis with different N,P and K ratios were significantly different. The N accumulation in overground part, root and whole plant of AH9 treatment was the highest at harvest time, which were 286.2mg,274.16mg and 554.64mg.The P accumulation of overground part, root and whole plant was the highest of AH9 treatment, which were161.34mg,95.80mg,257.14mg.The highest K accumulation in overground part was742.16mg per plant treated of AH9.The K accumulation in root and whole plant was the highest of AH5 treatment. They were 252.03mg and 990.01mg.3 The absorption and utilization of N,P,K were differences in the peak of absorption and utilization. In August, the accumulation of N and P were the highest in the overground part, root and whole plant of the plant. The N accumulation of the whole plant accounted for 30.52%to34.10%of the total growth period. The P accumulation of the whole plant accounted for 28.59%to 32.03%of the total growth period. In September, the accumulation of K in the overground and the whole plant were the highest, accounted for26.03%to 29.47%of the total growth period.4 The yield and quality of different organic fertilizer treatments were significantly different. The yield 6946.80Kg/hm2 of AO4 treatment was the highest, but there was no significant difference between AO3 treatment with 6792.19Kg/hm2,the yield of each treatment was AO4>AO3>AO2>AO1.The polysaccharide and coumarin content and accumulation were significantly different. The highest polysaccharide content was 46.19%of AO1 treatment, the highest accumulation was 2838.84Kg/hm2 of AO4 treatment, and the next was 2830.48Kg/hm2 of AO3 treatment. There was no significant difference between the two treatments. The highest coumarin content and accumulation were5.64ug/g,33.47g/hm2 of AO2 treatment, but there was no significant difference between AO2 treatment and AO3 treatment with 32.77g/hm2.5 The yield and quality of different N,P and K fertilizer ratios were significantly different. The yield of 8431.72Kg/hm2 of AH7 treatment were the highest, followed by8354.76Kg/hm2 of AH5 treatment. There was no significant difference between the two treatments. The highest polysaccharide content was 48.34%of AH1 treatment, and the highest polysaccharide accumulation was 3520.72Kg/hm2 of AH5 treatment. The content of coumarin in AH1 treatment was the highest was 5.61ug/g treatment, and coumarin accumulation of AH5 treatment was the highest.6 The yield and quality of Radix Glehniae were significantly different in different harvest time. The Radix Glehniae highest yield 8504.40kg/hm2 was harvested of T4,followed by 8219.40kg/hm2 with T3.The difference between them was not significant, but it was significantly higher than T1 and T2.The content and accumulation of polysaccharide and coumarin were significantly different in different harvest time. The polysaccharide content and accumulation were 41.8%,3554.83kg/hm2 of T4,and 41.7%,3427.48kg/hm2 with T3,there was no significant difference between them, but both of them were significantly higher than other harvest time. With T4,the highest coumarin content and accumulation were 5.03ug/g,42.78g/hm2,followed by 4.97ug/g,40.83g/hm2of T3,there was no significant difference between them, but both of them were significantly higher than other harvest time. Conclusion:In this study, the results revealed characteristics of the absorption and utilization of N,P and K in different growth time with Glehnia littoralis. The application of organic fertilizer 6000Kg/hm2,or N 225Kg/hm2,P2O5 150Kg/hm2,K2O 225Kg/hm2 was found to be beneficial to the quality and high yield of Radix Glehniae.Determined the suitable harvest period was from 31 October to 5 November.
