The orchard planting in our country is small area of single-family planting mode mostly,the traditional agricultural machinery is difficult to go around easily in the orchard, theorchard management is nearly artificial, the working efficiency is low, that directlyinfluences the trees’ growth, the output, the fruits’ quality and the economic efficiency. Inrecent years, with the fruit tree cultivation mode change in our country, the newly-builtorchards generally use the short anvil close planting cultivation mode, to provide thenecessary conditions for the mechanization of orchard operations. In view of the orchardwork mechanical present situation and the demand and the investigation and analysis of theorchard operating machinery development status at home and abroad. Combined withhorticultural techniques, the subject designed a machine type hydraulic walking chassis.That can be used for supporting plant protection, fruit picking, fruit tree pruning,transportation and so on. The studies include:1according to the cultivation of orchard and gardening requirements, determine thehydraulic walking chassis overall scheme and design parameters of the equipment,according to the working environment, the wheel running mechanism.2. In determining the hydraulic walking chassis on the basis of basic parameters,introduces the walking location of main parts of the chassis.3. Overall design of electro-hydraulic power steering system. Analysis of insufficienttractor on the original steering trapezoidal mechanism, raise the transverse double newsteering rod with double-acting hydraulic cylinder form. The structure parameters of thereference object, the combined use of Adams and Matlab software to analyze the model ofsteering mechanism design, determine the best installation of hydraulic cylinder spacing.4. Designing the drive system of hydraulic and mechanical binding, so that the systemcan meet the rotary tillage, mowing stepless speed, transportation and other operatingspeed requirements.5. Create a hydraulic walking chassis of3D parametric feature model by using Inventorsoftware, according to the Ansys finite element analysis module embedded in Inventor toanalysis of a side power output device, simulating stress and safety factor of each part in awork,and ensure that the mechanism can meet the design requirements, improveequipment safety, material saving...
