Microsporidia is a kind of autoecious eukaryotic pathogen that can form spores in cells.Widespread in nature,it has a wide range of hosts that can infect almost all living organisms,even humans,from invertebrates to vertebrates.Microsporidium is a kind of zoonotic parasitic disease,which can cause human diseases,mainly spread by food and water,and causes microsporidiosis.China has become a big country of fur animal husbandry and fur processing,and the industry development has a strong momentum,The increasing demand of Chinese residents for blue fox,mink and other gold fur makes this industry an important part of China's special economic animal breeding industry.Jilin Province as the main prod uction area of fur animal breeding,the development of a long history,as early as 1956,The first batch of fur animal farms were set up in Zuojia town,Jilin Province under the leadership of the State.The main breeding areas are Baicheng and Songyuan city at present.Blue fox skin is favored by breeders because of its high economic value.Blue fox skin is high quality and soft,light and wear-resistant,beautiful and warm,an d it is the high-grade raw material for making fine fur coats.The encephalitozoon cuniculi belongs to the family of encephalitis microsporidia in microspo ridium,It has been proved that the pathogen that causes microsporidiosis of blue fox is Microsporidium parvum.Because of the high recessive infection rate,it brings great potential risk to human and animal health.Therefore,rapid and effective diagnostic methods are very important for prevention and treatment of the disease.In order to establish a rapid,specific and sensitive method for the detection of encephalitozoon cuniculi,A pair of specific primers were designed for the conservative gene transistor protein 4(PTP4)on the specific infection structure of Microsporidi um,PCR method for rapid detection of encephalitozoon cunicunli was established and optimized.The specificity test and sensitivity test were carried out for this method.The Established method was used to detect 50 clinical samples.The specificity and sensitivity test showed that the PCR diagnosis method was only sensitive to encephalitozoon cuniculi and not to other microsporidia.The detection rate of 50 clinical samples was 100%,which indicated that Microsporidium parvum infection existed in the blue fox group.The PCR method established in this study was suitable for the clinical dete ction of encephalitozoon cuniculi.
