Hazel(Corylus spp)is Corylaceae(Corylaceae)Corylus(Corylus Linn)plant,as one of the world's four nuts,hazelnuts not only rich in nutritional value,while its root system,Shuzi beautiful,often used as an excellent garden Greening and soil and water conservation tree species.The introduction of Pingou hybrid cultivar can not only introduce excellent forest fruit trees,improve the ecological environment,but also be an important way to improve the economic benefits of forest fruit.This study is based on the annual seedlings of 8 varieties(lines)of Pingou hybrids.The subjects were investigated for their growth characteristics such as seedling height and phenological observation,and in order to understand their drought resistance,the cultivars were used to simulate drought stress tests,and different varieties(lines)were systematically studied under drought stress.Morphological structure and physiological and biochemical characteristics.The drought resistance of different varieties(lines)of Pingou hybrid carp was evaluated,which provided a theoretical and practical basis for the introduction,efficient cultivation and rational utilization of Pingouzao in Shaanxi.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)The seedling survival rate of the eight Pingou hybrid cultivars introduced was that the seedling rate of the Meixian test station was significantly higher than that of the Binxian test station.Among them,the survival rate of Liaozhen No.3 and Liaozhen No.7 was the highest.The survival rate of Liaozhen No.3 and Liaozhen No.7 at the Meixian test station was 95.8% and 100%.The two varieties were at the Binxian test station.The survival rate was 80%;for the observation of seedling height,the seedling height of Liaozhen No.3 reached a maximum of 70.2cm,while the seedling height of Liaozhen No.8 was the minimum(63.2cm),and the seedling height was high.The order of the low order is: Liaozhen No.3>Yuzhui>Davi>Liaozhen No.9>Pingou No.15>Liaozhen No.7>Liaozhen No.1>Liaozhen No.8,due to high seedling height and drought resistance It is positively correlated,which also indirectly reflects that the drought resistance of LiaoZhen No.3 is the best among the eight varieties introduced.(2)Studying the physiological response and photosynthetic characteristics of 8 year-round potted seedlings under drought stress showed that the MDA(malondialdehyde)content increased in Liaozhen 7 compared with the control group.The lowest range is only 1.513,and the highest increase in Pingou 15 is 3.09;Pro(free proline)content reaches the maximum in Dawei compared with the control group,followed by Liaozhen No.7,the minimum value in Pingou No.15;compared with the control,the relative water content of the leaves of Liaozhen No.8 was 45.7%,followed by Liaozhen No.7,the lowest relative water content.It is Liaozhen No.3,whose relative water content is only 29.3%;total chlorophyll content and an important indicator for judging plant drought resistance.In this study,the highest total chlorophyll content is jade pendant(11.925),followed by Liaozhen No.7(11.923),he lowest is Liaozhen No.1(5.551).The species with the highest chlorophyll a/b value was Jade(2.644),followed by Liaozhen No.7(2.297).The smallest ratio was Liaozhen No.1(0.722);the accumulation of soluble sugar(SS)in leaves There were also differences.Compared with the control ck,the change trend of soluble sugar content after drought stress was significantly different.The soluble sugar content of leaves of Liaozhen No.7 and Pingou No.15 increased greatly.Liaozhen No.3 and Liaozhen No.1 leaves The soluble sugar content increased little;under drought stress,the soluble protein content of the varieties Liaozhen No.7,Liaozhen No.8,Dawei and Liaozhen No.9 increased greatly;According to the comprehensive physiological and growth indexes,the contents of three osmotic adjustment substances(free proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein content)in leaves of Liaozhen No.7 were under the condition of drought,stress,second,first and first position respectively;The increase of dialdehyde in Liaozhen No.7 was the smallest;the total chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a/b value and relative water content of Liaozhen No.7 ranked second among the 8 varieties.In summary,Liaozhen No.7 has the best drought resistance and is suitable for introduction as the main variety in Shaanxi.
