Agricultural research in improved seed breeding and screening is usually carried out using experimental plot.Due to the small scale of the overall planting,there has not been much concern for the development of the experimental plot planter.At present,the crop planting in the experimental plot is mostly carried out by manual operation or by using a small planter for facility agriculture.The above two methods can not meet the requirements of precise seeding,and the efficiency is low,the labor intensity is large,and with the transfer of rural labor,it is difficult to find short-term employed labor workers.The small planter for facility agriculture cannot adapt to the frequent change of the planting.Species and thorough requirements are thoroughly required.Therefore,research and development of a experimental plot planter that meets the requirements of experimental plot planting has practical significance for meeting the needs of agricultural research and improving the efficiency of agricultural research.In this project,the precision seeder of experimental plot-millet was studied,and the main research work was as follows:(1)Innovative design of the existing air suction type millet seed metering deviceIn view of the inaccuracy of the existing air suction type seed metering,through a large number of experimental observations and analysis,the reason for the inaccurate seeding is found.Through theoretical analysis and experimental research,it is found that the thickness of the suction disc affects the flow resistance of the airflow through the suction hole.The thicker the steel plate,the thicker the airflow resistance generated by the suction hole,the larger the flow resistance is.The smaller the negative pressure at the orifice,the phenomenon that the suction hole can not absorb the seed.If the diameter is increased,during the inhalation process,due to the irregular shape of the seed and the randomness of the seed,each will appear.The suction hole absorbs multiple seeds,and even the seeds are stuck in the suction hole,which affects the precision seeding performance.If the thickness of the suction plate is reduced,the stiffness of the suction plate will be reduced,and deformation will occur during the work,resulting in failure to work normally.In this study,the suction plate was innovated,and the design of the suction plate was made by combining thick and thin and combined size.That is,a thin stainless steel plate of 0.02 mm was attached to a 1 mm thick plate,and a thick steel plate was opened with a hole of? 2 mm.A small hole having a hole diameter of ?0.7 mm is opened on the steel plate.The innovative design not only reduces the flow resistance of the airflow through the small hole,but also ensures that the suction port has sufficient negative pressure to reliably hold the seed under the small hole condition,and the entire suction plate has sufficient rigidity without deformation..Through modeling calculation and analysis,under the same suction aperture condition,the ratio of the flow resistance of the suction hole on the improved suction plate to the flow resistance before improvement is 1:35.6.Further experiments have shown that a suitable seed hole can be used to adsorb one seed per well.Therefore,the number of wells can be precisely controlled according to the number of holes,thereby realizing the fine seeding of the seed metering device.(2)Experimental study on the main structural parameters and working parameters affecting the seed metering deviceThe main structural parameters and working parameters affecting the performance of the seed metering device were analyzed.The pore size of the seeding hole,the rotational speed of the seeding plate,and the negative pressure in the gas chamber were determined.The single factor test and the orthogonal test confirmed the best combination as the diameter of the suction plate.?0.7mm,suction plate speed 16.3r/min,gas chamber negative pressure 3.5kPa.(3)Designing the whole machine of the experimental plot planter and completing the production of the prototype.Through consultation and access to the information of agronomic experts,the working environment of the experimental plot and the technical requirements of the planter were obtained.Based on this,a two-row hand-held plotter was driven by motor drive and the prototype was completed.Production.The planter has high seeding precision,and the sowing amount,line spacing and sowing depth are adjustable,and the seed cleaning is quick and thorough,which can meet the requirements of precision seeding in the experimental plot.The prototype test shows that the main performance indicators have met the design requirements.
