Study On The Factors Affecting The Management Benefit Of Leisure Fisheries Enterprises In Dalian

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the per capita disposable income has increased substantially,which has stimulated people’s demand for leisure tourism.China’s marine landscape resources are abundant,and the natural conditions for the development of marine leisure tourism are unique.The leisure fishery with the theme of fishery culture as the core plays an important role in many marine leisure tourism projects.Dalian has abundant coastline resources,and the characteristics of leisure fishery culture are distinct.The industrial development has begun to take shape and has good development prospects.However,many problems have arisen in the development process due to poor management.Therefore,Dalian should pay more attention to the leisure fishery,study the problems affecting the development of leisure fisheries,identify the key factors affecting the operation efficiency of leisure fisheries,seize the historical opportunities,keep up with the pace of development,and vigorously promote the transformation of recreational fisheries.Upgrade to promote the sound and rapid development of Dalian’s economy.This paper first reviews the research on recreational fisheries at home and abroad through the review of the literature,and initially establishes the initial research structure and guidelines for evaluating the effects of leisure fishery management in Dalian,and then gradually perfects through expert interviews to complete the establishment of the prototype structure and reuse it.The Delphi method was amended after bringing together expert opinions to establish a formal research structure.Secondly,the identification of factors affecting the performance of leisure fishery in Dalian is a typical Multiple Criteria Decision Making(MCDM)problem.This paper adopts a novel hybrid operation framework,DEMATEL-based ANP,to evaluate the index system of key factors.The problems of Dalian leisure fishery management existing in the analysis are analyzed.The key influencing factors affecting the performance of leisure fishery in Dalian are the five influencing factors of brand building,in-depth experience,environmental ecology,resource endowment and personalized quality service.Finally,through detailed analysis of various factors,combined with causal maps and IPA analysis maps between the influencing factors,suggestions for improvement of recreational fisheries in Dalian are proposed from the operator level and the government level.On the one hand is the part of the operator who has all the key influencing factors.First of all,operators should use resources scientifically and rationally during development to ensure the ecological environment.When developing limited resources,maximize the use of resources to maximize their benefits;secondly,deepen local culture and improve the sense of “experience”;finally,operators must clearly define brand positioning,shape brand image,and increase Propaganda;On the other hand,it is part of the government as an auxiliary.The government should introduce a targeted fiscal policy,and the government should do a good job of assisting the transformation of the leisure fishery enterprises.
