Hainan is the main growing area of muskmelon in China.but in the growth and development, due to the influence of temperature, water and fertilizer management,it is easy to have large-scale physiological wilting symptoms in the late growth stage of muskmelon. In this experiment, the "Passion" varieties were used as materials to study the effects of different temperature, different water and nutrients on vegetative growth, reproductive growth dynamics, dry matter accumulation and distribution, root activity and physiological indexes of muskmelon. The main findings are as follows:(I)By comparing the growth morphology and dry matter accumulation of muskmelon and wilting muskmelon with severe wilting, the roots were thick and the leaf area was significantly different between severe wilting and no wilt. The influence of the underground part of the plant is greater than that of the aerial part.(2)High temperature treatment in the lower part of the ground, the Root Diameter,Stem diameter, stem length,ALRL of muskmelon plants was inhibited at the seedling stage, but the growth and development in the middle and late stages were opposite to those of the seedling stage. In the various stages of melon growth, the proportion of assimilates distributed to the over-ground part increased when the over-ground part was in high temperature and the whole plant was in high temperature, and the root growth and material accumulation of muskmelon were inhibited at the same time.In addition,The root system is short. The whole plant temperature and the lower part of the ground were treated with high temperature, and the root activity was stronger than the high temperature of the ground and the high temperature of the whole plant.Chlorophyll,MDA,soluble sugar, proline content and fruit weight, sugar content index high temperature, whole plant high temperature treatment were significantly higher than the whole plant temperature and underground high temperature treatment.(3)Muskmelon is drought-tolerant and not wet,and the moisture content of the substrate is between 70%and 50%,which can maintain the vegetative growth and reproductive growth of muskmelon;the water content is between 30±5%(T1)and 90±5%.The biomass and material accumulation of melon were reduced. The root activity was highest when the water content of the substrate was between 50±5%(T2);the fluid volume and leaf area were the largest when the water content was between 70±5%(T3);The content of chlorophyll was the highest in T3 treatment;the content of MDA,soluble sugar and proline increased firstly with the decrease of irrigation amount, and the content of proline did not change after the water content exceeded 70%.(4)Temperature and water experiments showed that there was a significant positive correlation between root fluid volume(x1)and leaf area(x2)in melon roots. The regression equations were(5)0.5N,P,K and 1.5N,P,k firstly inhibited the growth of melon under the ground and then inhibited the growth of shoots;N,P inhibited vegetative growth of muskmelon more than K,of which 0.5N inhibition The effect is greater than 1.5N,the inhibition of 0.5P is greater than 1.5P,and the inhibition of 1.5P is stronger than 1.5N;N mainly inhibits the growth and material accumulation of melon under the ground,P mainly inhibits the accumulation of ground material and chlorophyll content;0.5K inhibits the lower part of the ground.Growth,1.5K promoted root activity and root growth in the early stage of melon growth and development mainly inhibited shoot growth;MDA,soluble sugar increased with the increase of fertilization first, then increased, and soluble protein showed a first increase and then decrease.(6)The fruit weight and quality of muskmelon have significant positive correlation with root activity, ratio of heel to crown, chlorophyll and leaf area.
