1. On the condition of20℃/10℃and15℃/7℃(day/night), theexperiment researched4kinds of muskmelon stock (a number close, diseaseresistance, and the prince of Yガ-ドand FR-2) growth, seedling protection relatedenzyme activity index, cold resistance. The results showed that:(1) At the low temperature, the Growth index of Muskmelon seedlings reflectsthe plant’s low temperature tolerance ability. Among them, in20℃/10℃(day/night)conditions, the growth indicators of Yガ-ドis maximum. At15℃/7℃(day/night)the growth indicators of Kangbingwangzi is the maximum.(2) The kangbingwangzi is the hardest of the cold resistance of Muskmelonstock, and the FR-2is the weakness. In different temperature treatments of eachRootstock Seedlings under gradient, protective enzyme activity was first increasedand then decreased, change regularly, the change rule and its cold resistance related.2. The resistance of Prince and white seed pumpkin rootstocks, muskmelonjewelry as scions, explore the effects of Different Rootstocks on fruit shape index andquality of muskmelon. The results show that:(1)(1) of Different Rootstocks on muskmelon fruit diameter had no significantdifferences, and the vertical diameter, fruit shape index, fruit weight, fruit diameterdata significantly, namely the graft and reduce the external morphological index offruit.(2) of Different Rootstocks on Muskmelon soluble solids content, reducing sugarcontent, total sugar content, Vc content, soluble protein content had a significanteffect, no significant differences in titratable acid content. The prince is resistantrootstock grafted muskmelon quality improved, reducing the quality of white seedpumpkin. The objective aim of the experiment for grafted muskmelon screened earlierplanting stock provides theoretical foundation, but also provide a theoretical basis for resistant varieties and identification methods of low temperature for breeding.
