The rapid development of the Internet to promote the B/S system is widely used in various fields,in the information age,how to make performance appraisal become a difficult problem,over the years,through a variety of media for performance appraisal become pain points,how to combine the modern Internet technology,performance appraisal is the primary problem to be solved.With the rapid development of modern communication,multimedia and computer network technology,the use of computers to correlate information has become common.Performance appraisal system is with advanced computer and network communication on enterprise user assessment management storage and display.Informatization and digitalization become the important means of performance appraisal of enterprise upgrading.Based on the current situation of enterprise assessment management and the realization of paperless office of enterprise assessment development in the future,this paper investigates the needs of each department in the early stage,and discusses with the human resources department,and finally determines the human resources assessment standards suitable for the unit.According to the analysis and research on each process of enterprise human resource assessment in the early stage,some basic assessment standards and methods were extracted,and the existing disadvantages of enterprise assessment in the current environment were found out.The assessment standards and methods were improved.According to the basic process of software development,the following works were carried out:In the early stage,according to the final assessment criteria determined with the human resources department,the system demand analysis was conducted,and the following functional modules were determined,including basic management,system management,office management,weekly management,system monitoring and overtime management.Form system requirement analysis document according to the identified function module.Middle document according to the system demand analysis,based on the J2 EE standard of enterprise information,using the MVC framework for system design,determine the system adopts the persistence layer framework and the page framework,to ensure the effective operation of the system,the system design is divided into the following steps,architectural design,function module design,database design,code hierarchical design and the design of hardware resources.In the later stage,code development of the system was carried out according to the architectural design of the system.Based on the design of the persistence layer framework and the database,Mybatis was adopted as the persistence layer framework for interactive development with the underlying MySQL database.In the development of the national informatization environment,human evaluation system of development has greatly increased the enterprise informatization transformation of the human assessment of speed,effectively improve the efficiency of human assessment,perfect the standard of assessment of human,improve the enterprise and the employees work,makes the enterprise in the organization management and assessment of human control aspects had the very big promotion,in human decisions also brought rich standard for enterprise management.
