| In recent years,China’s aquaculture industry has developed rapidly.From the initial pond farming to the present industrial farming,the scale of aquaculture has been expanding and developing towards scale and intensive direction.With the expansion of the scale,the distance between the monitoring room and the data acquisition environment is also put forward higher requirements.In order to realize real-time monitoring and unified management of aquaculture process and meet the needs of long-distance control.This topic combines programmable logic controller technology with virtual instrument technology,and develops a remote monitoring system for aquaculture.The system uses SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC as the control core and collects temperature,PH value and dissolved oxygen through Modbus communication.SIMATIC S7-200 PLC is used as slave station to collect temperature value and control frequency converter to realize PID control of water temperature.The upper computer is a man-machine interaction interface written by LabVIEW.Its main task is to monitor the water quality parameters and the operation status of PLC,and provide remote control services.The upper computer communicates with the lower computer S7-1200 PLC through the NI OPC server provided by LabVIEW.The main functions of the upper computer are:real-time data display and alarm display,setting alarm upper and lower limits,setting water temperature PID adjustment target value,frequency converter control,pump status monitoring,data trend map display,real-time rolling display of historical data,real-time camera monitoring display,real-time data and alarm data classification storage.In order to achieve remote control,the system uses optical fiber as transmission medium to avoid a large number of signal losses and to achieve thousands of meters of long-distance transmission.The host computer can realize the wireless remote monitoring in the local area network by means of Web publishing,and the remote monitoring of the whole control system by mapping the external network of the local area network.The remote monitoring system of aquaculture designed in this paper has good user interface,simple operation mode and good stability.It can control the water quality parameters within a reasonable range,and store the collected data to the local area.It realizes the remote monitoring of the internal and external networks,and achieves the original intention of the design. |
