Study On The Management Mode Of Smart Agriculture In Jiangkou Village Of Ningbo City

With the gradual disappearance of China's demographic dividend,and the extensive development under the pressure of resource and environmental constraints is unsustainable,how to break through the bottleneck of development in agriculture has become one of the issues to be urgently addressed in rural development.Agricultural science and technology is not only an innovation in traditional agriculture,but also a major cause of economic production.While developing the agricultural economy,it has also solved the problems of backward rural development and large gaps between urban and rural areas.With the rapid development of smart agriculture,smart agriculture management has gradually become the focus.But how to ensure that the smart agricultural management model can really work and promote the development of smart agriculture is the key to current research.To this end,this paper takes the intelligent agriculture of Jiangkou Village,Ningbo City as the research object,summarizes its management mode,finds the flash points,finds the shortcomings,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.On the one hand,it promotes the development of Jiangkou's agricultural economy and establishes the typical model of smart agriculture;on the other hand,it strengthens the research theories and ideas of smart agricultural management models and deepens the reform and development of smart agricultural system management.First,sort out and summarize the relevant literature and find that both domestic and foreign smart agricultural management models are a part of smart agriculture,that is,research on meteorological smart agriculture or the establishment of smart agricultural platforms,etc.There are few case studies on the management model of smart agriculture,and it is difficult to ensure the sustainable development of smart agriculture management.To this end,this article selects Jiangkou Village smart agriculture management model case has theoretical and practical significance.Second,through field visits and random interviews with villagers and questionnaire surveys to understand the current status of Jiangkou smart agricultural management model,it is found that there are many highlights,such as outstanding agricultural location advantages,agricultural park construction and agricultural technology support.But there are deficiencies in management communication,innovation awareness,professional talents and so on.Then,combined with SPSS factor analysis and field investigation,it is concluded that the Jiangkou smart agricultural management model has problems such as a single management form,lack of technical innovation awareness,lack of corresponding professional talents,and poor communication between farmers and management.In order to solve these problems,finally,it is recommended to establish and improve the management system,raise the awareness of technological innovation,attract professional and technical personnel in all aspects,and introduce a third-party management mechanism.
