| With the implementation of the population urbanization policy,the number of traditional agricultural producers in China has shown a trend of decline year by year.In order to implement the thinking of the new era and achieve the goal of China’s modernization as soon as possible,strengthening agricultural modernization is a necessary way to achieve it.Therefore,exploring a set of intelligent and unmanned agricultural crop growth environment control system is the primary goal of agricultural development.In the process of China’s reform of modern agricultural production technology,there are mainly two crop cultivation methods: soil planting and soilless cultivation.At present,the main soilless cultivation technologies in China include substrate nutrient hydroponics and rock wool cultivation,among which substrate nutrient hydroponics is generally defined as hydroponic technology.Hydroponic technology in soilless cultivation is a relatively mature technology at present,which has outstanding contributions to improving land resource utilization efficiency,reducing environmental pollution,and precise planting.The intelligent control system of crop hydroponic environment based on the Internet of Things studied in this paper will use computer network technology and Internet of Things technology to achieve precise,intelligent and unmanned management of the crop growth environment at each growth stage of crops,and has outstanding advantages in reducing bottlenecks such as resource waste,low resource utilization efficiency and low economic benefits,reducing the irreversible impact of various reasons such as pests and diseases,natural disasters and natural environment on crop growth,improving resource utilization efficiency as much as possible,reducing resource waste,Reduce environmental pollution and improve production efficiency.Focusing on the development needs of hydroponic technology in soilless cultivation environment,this paper designs and implements a set of environmental control system for crops at various growth stages based on Internet of Things technology,so as to monitor,control and manage the crop growth environment in real time.Firstly,the current situation of modern agricultural development at home and abroad is studied,and the defects and bottlenecks in modern agricultural production are analyzed,and it is found that agricultural development has the defects of low resource utilization efficiency,large waste of resources,irreversible environmental pollution and large investment risk,and the bottleneck lies in the lack of a complete crop environmental control system and algorithm to predict and control the optimal crop growth environment.This paper proposes a set of intelligent control system of crop hydroponic environment based on Internet of Things to monitor all stages of crop growth in real time and realize the control of crop environment through algorithms.Through the Internet of Things and computer control,the automation level in the agricultural production process is further improved,and the difficulty of system operation is reduced,providing users with convenient,concise,objective and clear control terminals,and real-time viewing,control and feedback of crop growth environment.The intelligent control system of crop hydroponic environment based on the Internet of Things studied in this paper mainly realizes the following functions:(1)Software: Users can view,control and feedback the crop growth environment in real time,and improve the level of unmanned agricultural production and automation.(2)Hardware: real-time monitoring and control of crop growth environment,real-time collection of crop growth environment data and data transmission,each component can work normally.(3)Algorithm: In terms of control algorithm,the intelligent control system of crop hydroponic environment based on the Internet of Things studied in this paper designs and implements an environmental control algorithm based on the idea of incremental PID control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm to control the environment.The system test results show that the intelligent control system of crop hydroponic environment designed and implemented in this paper can be applied in the actual production environment,and the hardware and software parts can work normally to complete the relevant requirements of the system,and provide a set of feasible solutions for the development of hydroponic agricultural environmental control. |
