This article mainly carried out the study of ornamental planting and propagation techniques of ornamental fritillaria in Suzhou area.The comprehensive value of 10 species of ornamental fritillaria was assessed using the analytic hierarchy process,objectively screened ornamental fritillaria species suitable for cultivation in Suzhou area and the breeding techniques of the selected varieties were studied.Based on the above test results,some progress has been made in the introduction of cultivation and reproduction technology of ornamental fritillaria,which are summarized as follows:1.Comprehensive evaluation of 10 ornamental fritillaria species using AHP method showed that F.persica,F.imperialis 'Maxima lutea',F.imperialis 'Rubra Maxima' and F.raddeana four kinds of ornamental fritillary were exposed in Suzhou area.Good cultivation conditions,high emergence rate,strong growth,good ornamental quality,can be popularized and applied in Suzhou and even the Yangtze River Delta;F.imperialis 'William Rex' and 'Premie' can grow normally in Suzhou area,with strong and strong plants,bright colors,However,the ball rot rate is more than 25%.Therefore,it is recommended that it be introduced in small amounts and cultivated.Large-scale promotion is not recommended.Fritillaria squarrosa and T.cuspidatum are small-flowered varieties,which have higher adaptability in Suzhou and low ball rot rate.The bulb has no unpleasant odor and is recommended to be used for potted viewing;the two species of F.imperialis 'Garland Star'and 'Aurora marginalia' have low flowering rates in the Suzhou area,plant bending and lodging,and high ball rot rates.It is not recommended to promote applications.2.Fritillaria cutting test was performed on the ornamental Fritillaria which had better comprehensive evaluation.Using different substrates,bactericides and different species of parts,the three kinds of ornamental Fritillaria were studied for propagation propagation of bulbs.Persian Fritillaria,Crested Fritillary Fritus cutting combinations:peat:fine sand:perlite 3:2:1+50%sterilized into +10%imidacloprid mixed and diluted 800 times+lower scales;Crown Flower Fritillaria produced by cutting Small seed balls are not easy to root,and they are difficult to transplant in the later period.Therefore,it is not recommended to use scale cutting methods to breed.3.The scales of three species of ornamental fritillaria were used as explants to investigate the germination rate,proliferation rate,rooting condition and survival condition of the seedlings.Tests showed that 75%alcohol 30s+0.1%HgC12 10min+10%sodium hypochlorite 20min for the disinfection of three ornamental Fritillaria significant effect,Fritillaria flower because of the larger bulb,easy to produce endophyte,the pollution rate is higher.In the same culture environment,the differentiation rate and emergence rate of M.frugiperdae and F.muscari were high,which could induce a large number of adventitious buds,the proliferation coefficient reached 4.50 and 3.98,and budding was neat and well-growing;Fritillaria has high rooting rate in this medium,which can well form small bulbs and robust plant growth.The survival rate of post-transplantation seedlings is high.Although the crowning rate of crown frangipani is high,the proliferation rate is low and it is difficult to directly induce The bulblets are easy to produce endogenous bacteria and vitrification during the cultivation process,so the survival rate of the transplanted seedlings in the later period is also very low,and the growth condition is not good.
