The Establishment Of Huangguogan Fruit Quality Evaluation System And Its Application In Screening Of Superior Strains

Huangguogan,a natural hybrid of orange and mandarin,has a big coefficient of variation of its fruit quality within and among the individual trees.How to evaluate the fruit quality and screen out a fine individual,scientifically and rationally,are the questions we aim to solve.Firstly,we screen the scales and the calculation methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process,meanwhile combining the Entropy weight method to calculate the weight of combination,then establishing the level pool of Huangguogan indexes.Then,based on the pool,setting up a scoring standard and combining a series of weight value to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of Huangguogan fruit quality.And the establishment of a Huangguogan database is based on the software of Microsoft Access2016.Finally,we use the evaluation system and the database to evaluate the fruit quality of 162 Huangguogan individuals,and the main results are as follows:1.In the evaluation of fruit quality,the determination of index weight is a key factor affecting the evaluation results.With the increasing of the matrix order,the consistency ratio of the two scales of the Analytic Hierarchy Process has a tendency to increase.However,when the evaluation index is 5,the consistency of the 0.618 scale method is better than the 1-9 scale method,and the weight value of 0.618 scale method could smooth each evaluation index.Square root algorithm and summation methods are suitable for fruit quality research.We add 0.618 scale method and square root algorithm into the datebase,based on the scientificity of weight value and the simplicity of calculation.And we set up a scoring standard of Huangguogan fruit quality,founded on the Huangguogan fruit quality index level library derived from a tremendous amount of literature and a great many experimental date.2.Taking Microsoft Access2016 as a foundation,through the design of database objects such as data tables,queries,forms,and macro,using Structured Query Language and Visual Basic two programming language,this study established a Huangguogan database.The database contained two modules:Huangguogan fruit quality comprehensive evaluation and related information query.The Huangguogan fruit quality comprehensive evaluation module was mainly used for the storage of the quality data,the query and the calculation of the comprehensive score.The related information query module was mainly used for storing and querying variety characteristics,cultivation and management and other related information of Huang guogan.3.The fruit quality of]62 strains of Huangguogan was evaluated comprehensively by Huangguogan fruit quality comprehensive evaluation system and its database.The results of AHP method showed that the weight value of sugar acid ratio was the largest,followed by soluble solid,and the weight value of horizontal diameter was the lowest;The results of entropy method showed that the weight value of fruit shape index was the largest,followed by the color,and the weight value of horizontal diameter was the lowest;The index weights of combination weighting were in a descending order as sugar acid ratio>soluble solid>TSS-acid ratio>total sugar>fruit shape index>single fruit weight>vitamin C>titratable acid>longitudinal diameter>horizontal diameter.The results of the comprehensive evaluation showed that the number of individuals whose quality score was up to 80 was only 22,and the total score was 84.73;There were 16 single plants of which the comprehensive score was between 70 and 80;70 single plants were between 60 and 70;Individual comprehensive quality score below 60 remained nearly half.The next study can further use the Huangguogan evaluation system and database to expand sample size,or combine with its adaptability,high yield and fruit storage processing quality to carry out comprehensive evaluation,so as to promote the breeding of Huang guogan excellent strains.
