Land resources are the basis of human survival and production activities, and are one of the most important natural resources.Farmland is the essence of land resources. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society, the rapid advancement of urbanization, the rapid expansion of cities and the sustained growth of population, the contradiction between large population and small land and insufficient arable land reserve resources has become increasingly prominent. The population peak, urban peak and industrialization peak are approaching one after another, and the demand for land is rising rapidly, which leads to the occupation of a large number of arable land by non-agricultural construction, and the transfer of industrial structure also leads to the arable land capital.Current situation of inefficient and extensive utilization of sources.Under this background,in the decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way, exploring the intensive and economical utilization of land resources under the new urbanization, especially the intensive and economical utilization of cultivated land resources, can effectively alleviate the contradiction between man and land. The study of intensive and economical utilization of cultivated land refers to collecting the current information of cultivated land utilization, constructing the evaluation system of intensive utilization of cultivated land, analyzing the level and problems of intensive utilization of cultivated land resources, finding out the inherent laws and constraints of the changes in the level of intensive utilization of cultivated land, solving the problems of inefficient and extensive utilization of cultivated land resources, and exploring ways to improve the level of intensive utilization of cultivated land.To achieve the goal of sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources.Taking Yichun City of Jiangxi Province as the research area, this thesis analyses the current level of social and economic development of Yichun City.Under the background of accelerating urbanization and industrialization, the urbanization process of Yichun City is reflected by the degree of agricultural scale operation and the rate of agricultural mechanization.By analyzing the current characteristics of cultivated land utilization in this area, and combining with the existing research results of intensive utilization of cultivated land,it is concluded that there are many reasons for the urbanization of Yichun City.Based on the comprehensive evaluation model, five indicators are constructed to effectively evaluate the intensive use of cultivated land in Yichun City, which are:first, the degree of cultivated land input;second, the intensity of cultivated land use;third, the output effect of cultivated land;fourth, the sustainable situation of cultivated land;and fifth, the government behavior.Based on the analysis of intensive use of land and arable land under the background of new urbanization and the summary of domestic scholars'research methods on evaluation of intensive use of arable land,as well as on-the-spot understanding of arable land in Yichun City, this thesis analyzed the characteristics and influencing factors of arable land utilization in Yichun City, and selected multi-factor comprehensive analysis method to evaluate the level of intensive use of arable land in Yichun City.when calculating the index weight, the principal component analysis method is selected and the SPSS data are introduced to make a comprehensive evaluation of the intensive use of cultivated land in Yichun City. The conclusions are as follows:(1)By the end of 2016,there were 133,300 large-scale agricultural operators in Yichun, accounting for 1.4%,and only 6424 agricultural operators.Yichun's agricultural scale management level was relatively low.Rice was the main crop in Yichun, but rice was the main crop in Yichun. The number of seeders and rice transplanters is only 0.2 and 0.1 million, the overall level of agricultural mechanization utilization is low,the income of rural farmers is not high enough, and the level of new urbanization needs to be further improved.(2)Analysis of the current situation of cultivated land resources utilization in Yichun City in 2016.At the end of 2016,the total area of cultivated land in Yichun City was 47675.32 hm(71546,000 mu),accounting for 25.55%of the total land area. The average per capita cultivated land area in Yichun City was only 1.19 mu/person,while that in 2016 was 1.46 mu/person.By comparison, the per capita cultivated land area in Yichun City was far from the average cultivated land area in the whole country. The level of land use needs to be further improved.(3)Yichun City selected input, utilization, output benefit, sustainability and government behavior as the evaluation index of the evaluation index system. In the ten years from 2007 to 2016,the comprehensive index score increased from 0.0827 in 2007 to 0.1219 in 16 years,an increase of nearly 40%,and the level of intensive and economical utilization of cultivated land increased year by year.(4)On the one hand, the level of new-type urbanization reflects the development of social economy.Accelerating the process of urbanization can effectively promote the rapid development of social economy, promote the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and thus enhance the utilization efficiency of cultivated land resources. On the other hand, the improvement of the utilization efficiency of cultivated land resources can effectively alleviate the contradiction between land supply and demand, strengthen the planning and management of urban land use, alleviate the problem of national food security, and promote the promotion of new urbanization.
