China is a major aquaculture country in the world,and control water quality,especially dissolved oxygen parameter in water,that is very important for improving the efficiency of aquaculture and increasing productivity.Systems controlling dissolved oxygen in the current market are basically based on manual operation,and the remote intelligent control system does not meet user demand.Because aquaculture farmers are low-culture,they can't use complex systems,and these systems also lack stability and security.In this paper,it introduce an intelligent aquaculture control system with graphic visualization.The main features of the system include the following three points:(1)Aerator can be controlled by manual or automatic mode,and the manual control mode has the highest priority,which solves the hidden danger of aquatic oxygen deficiency caused by the failure of the intelligent controller;(2)Support aquaculture farmers control aerator by map,this map is similar to the fish farms.User not only can set the map,but also can layout aerator on the map according to real fish farms.So they can control devices easily and know about water parameters convenient;(3)In order to improves the stability,these controllers use sealing structure,and photoelectric isolation and industrial power supply technologies.They can meet the requirements of long-term outdoor work of smart electric boxes and adapt to working environments such as sun exposure and thunderstorms.In order to verify the effectiveness of the system,this paper carried out tests such as high temperature aging and on-site testing.The test results show that although the intelligent control system designed in this paper still needs to be optimized in terms of software stability under extreme outdoor conditions,but they can basically meet the requirements of the harsh environment of the fish farm,the hardware is stability,and the APP is easy to use meeting the requirements of the fish farmers.
