In 2017,the total output of China's aquatic products has reached 64.453 million tons,ranking first in the world for 27 consecutive years.According to relevant data,China's aquatic product cold chain circulation rate is only 23%,and the product damage rate is high.Cold chain distribution is an important link in cold chain logistics.At present,there is still a chain-breaking phenomenon in the cold chain distribution of aquatic products,which seriously affects the quality and safety of aquatic products.Therefore,this paper optimizes the cold chain distribution system of aquatic products,finds out the important factors affecting the comprehensive capacity of the cold chain distribution center of aquatic products,improves the cold chain distribution efficiency of aquatic products,reduces the cold chain damage rate of aquatic products,and ensures the quality and safety of aquatic products.Etc.is of great significance.However,there are many factors affecting the comprehensive ability of the cold chain distribution center of aquatic products,and there are certain links between these influencing factors.If a mathematical model is to be established,the model established should be a highorder,nonlinear complex system.Modeling or solving is very difficult.In response to this problem,based on a large number of related literatures,the system dynamics(SD)and the optimization of the aquatic product cold chain distribution system are combined.System dynamics has outstanding advantages in solving such complex problems.Using the characteristics of system dynamics,such as good integrity,intuitiveness and reliability,the relationship between the influencing factors of the cold chain distribution system of aquatic products is analyzed.The software constructs the SD model and performs scenario analysis,making the research results more scientific and reasonable.This article first explains the concept,characteristics,applicable conditions of cold chain logistics,and related concepts and characteristics of aquatic products,analyzes the differences between distribution and transportation,defines the cold chain distribution of aquatic products,and then makes system dynamics It gives an overview,introduces its concept,principle,application field,structure mode and modeling steps,and demonstrates the advantages of system dynamics in the optimization of aquatic product cold chain distribution system.Secondly,on the basis of reading a large number of literatures,the development status of China's aquatic industry and the current status of aquatic product cold chain distribution are summarized.The current main modes and characteristics of aquatic product cold chain distribution in China are introduced.The main problems with the distribution system.Thirdly,it points out the optimization purpose of the cold chain distribution system of aquatic products,determines the research boundary,and proposes a dynamic hypothesis for the research problems.On this basis,the internal factors affecting the cold chain distribution system of aquatic products are determined,and the influencing factors are analyzed.Correlation and drawing a causal diagram,listing the cause tree of the complex and important variables and the resulting tree,and then converting the causal map into a stock flow graph by setting rate variables,state variables,auxiliary variables,etc.The main equation of the model.Finally,take Qingdao as an example to collect relevant research data and bring it into the SD model,the Venple software is used to apply the scope test,structure test,dimensional consistency test and extreme condition test to the model,and then set different scenarios(information sharing level,logistics equipment level,environmental protection level,transportation turnover level,circulation processing operation efficiency and automation,intelligent level)for simulation analysis,and obtain the graphs of various cost changes under different technical indicators.According to the scenario analysis map and the existing problems,the paper proposes rationalization countermeasures for optimizing the cold chain distribution system of aquatic products in Qingdao.
