The logistics industry is a basic industry that promotes the good and rapid development of the national economy,and it is of far-reaching significance to help the high-quality development of the economy and promote the formation of a benign market environment.Aquatic products cold chain logistics is an important part of logistics activities,scientific and reasonable aquatic products cold chain logistics can integrate the upstream and downstream resources of the supply chain,ensure the taste and quality of aquatic products,reduce the wear and tear of aquatic products,so as to achieve the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency.However,due to the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in 2019,the cold chain logistics of aquatic products has attracted much attention,not only the cold chain link is easy to become the carrier of the new crown virus import,but also the operation efficiency of the cold chain logistics of aquatic products is low,especially the layout of the aquatic product cold chain logistics warehousing center of some enterprises is not reasonable,which cannot fully meet the needs of rapid and efficient operation.Therefore,the problem of optimizing the layout of aquatic product cold chain logistics and warehousing centers cannot be slackened.In this study,the aquatic products cold chain logistics and warehousing center of Company D was selected as the research object,and based on the characteristics of aquatic product cold chain logistics and the current operation status of the aquatic product cold chain logistics and storage center,it was found that its space utilization was not reasonable,the total logistics handling cost was high,the operation management of the functional area was poor and the layout was lacking in scientific layout.First of all,through the exploration of related problems and the current actual situation of Company D,this study first establishes a layout optimization model with the smallest total logistics handling cost,the largest utilization rate of land area and the largest comprehensive correlation relationship.According to the actual production and operation requirements of Company D,the constraints are set for non-overlapping between the functional areas,boundary requirements,and functional area aspect ratio,and the layout optimization model of the aquatic product cold chain logistics and warehousing center is constructed,relevant data are collected through field research,and the storage layout map is generated by using the system layout design method and the social network analysis method,which is used as one of the initial solutions of the particle swarm algorithm,and the optimal solution is obtained through algorithm iteration;then,the system simulation modeling is carried out,and the witness is used to generate the storage layout map from the worker work efficiency.Finally,in order to promote the layout optimization plan of Company D’s cold chain logistics warehousing center,this study proposes safeguard measures from both internal and external aspects of the enterprise,including improving the level of warehousing management,improving infrastructure,focusing on talent construction and other external environmental measures,and introducing internal means such as adapting shelves,optimizing handling routes,coordinating operation methods,and integrating digital technologies.Strive to achieve the purpose of improving the logistics efficiency and efficiency of the cold chain of Company D’s aquatic products.The optimization scheme of this study puts forward method guidance and experience reference for the research in the field of cold chain logistics and warehousing of aquatic products.
