Soybean is one of the most important grain crops in China with high nutritional value. Ourcountry has the most abundant rare earth resources.Rare earth reserves and production are thehighest in the world.Agricultural rare earth is first created by Chinese scientists whoseindependent intellectual property rights of a fruit enjoyed by China.Rare earth is prominent inimproving crop yield,quality and crop productivity.Effects of lanthanum chloride (LaCl3) and cerium chloride (CeCl3) on yield,quality andphysiological indexes of soybean Dongnong-42and Dongnong-47in seedling stage andblooming stage were studied with planting in the plot.The results aimed at determining the besttime and dose to be applied and provide reference for rare earth agricultural practice.The test results showed that:1.Spraying amount of rare earth could improve quality of soybean,influence more on grainprotein content than fat.It’s better to spray RE on Soybean Dongnong42in improving qualityand productivity than Dongnong47.150mg L-1CeCl3could increase protein content and totalprotein and oil content of Dongnong-42in blooming stage with an increase of11.78%and5.09%;30mg L-1LaCl3could increase protein content and total protein and oil content ofDongnong-47in seedling stage with an increase of5.72%and2.17%, which was significantlyhigher than that of CK (P<0.05).60mg-1LaCl3could increase yield of Dongnong-42inblooming stage with an increase of31.41%;60mg L-1CeCl3could increase yield ofDongnong-47in blooming stage with a increase of58.11%.2.On photosynthetic pigment,spraying amount of RE effected more on of thanDongnong42,and Dongnong47were affected more by physiological characteristics thanDongnong42.For Dongnong-42,60mg L-1LaCl3could increase chlorophyll a,chlorophyllb,carotenoid content and POD activities in blooming stage with an increase of5.97%,0.518%,1.025%and41.90%;90mg L-1LaCl3could decrease MDA content in bloomingstage with a decrease of26.38%;90mg L-1CeCl3could increase proline content in in bloomingstage with a increase of5.34%.For Dongnong-47,60mg L-1LaCl3could increase chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b andcarotenoid content in blooming stage with an increase of0.725%,0.685%and 3.32%;90mg L-1LaCl3could decrease MDA content in blooming stage with a decrease of50.59%;120mg L-1CeCl3could increase proline content in in blooming stage with a increase of28.97%;120mg L-1LaCl3could increase POD activities in in blooming stage with a increase of42.13%.
