As Chinese soybean has high cost,high price,low labor productivity,low yield and the most important part of the quality of soybean decreased,the competitiveness of Chinese soybean market is weak,Chinese soybean production from self-sufficient country into soybean import country.Therefore,improving the quality of soybean has become the new way of domestic soybean.Studies have shown that the application of suitable concentration of rare earth is conducive to the transformation and utilization of plant mineral nutrition,and can improve the quality and yield of soybean.In this experiment,soybean Dongnong 42,47 and 52 are used as test materials with planting in the pot.Spraying different concentrations of La Cl3(120 ? 150 ? 180mg·L-1),Ce Cl3(30 ?60 ?90mg·L-1)and La Cl3+Ce Cl3(30?40?60mg·L-1)in seedling stage and flowering stage to study the effect of rare earth with different varieties and concentrations on the quality formation,yield and its components of soybean,to reveal the effect of rare earth on the formation of soybean quality,and to guide the scientific and rational use of rare earth,provide technical support for the integration of high quality and high yield soybean.The results showed that:Appropriate concentration and suitable varieties of rare earth can improve grain nitrogen accumulation in early and late development stages of soybean,can optimize the quality of soybean and can promote the yield and yield components of soybean.There was a difference between the soybean varieties.(1)For Dongnong 42,the nitrogen accumulation was significantly increased by 32.74%(P<0.05)in 60mg·L-1Ce Cl3,and the mixed rare earth was beneficial to the accumulation of protein and oil,so that the total amount of protein and oil increased by 6.83%-8.71%(P<0.05).For Dongnong 47,oil content and the total amount of protein and oil were significantly increased by16.02% and 11.67% respectively in 180mg·L-1La Cl3.Application of cerium can significantly improve protein content 8.78%-9.69% of Dongnong 47,one of the best is 60mg·L-1Ce Cl3.The quality indexes of Dongnong 52 were increased under the treatment of cerium.30mg·L-1CeCl3 increased the nitrogen accumulation by 11.33%(P<0.05),and the protein content increased by8.73%(P<0.05)in 60mg·L-1Ce Cl3.(2)All varieties of soybean yield reached the maximum yield in the application of singlecerium with different concentration.60mg·L-1Ce Cl3 make yield of Dongnong 42 reached the maximum in 68.00g·pot-1(P<0.05),30mg·L-1Ce Cl3 make yield of Dongnong 47 and 52 reached the maximum in 43.29g·pot-1(P<0.05)and 62.26g·pot-1(P<0.05)respectively.For Dongnong 42,the pod number per plant was significantly increased by 42.31%(P<0.05)in 60mg·L-1Ce Cl3,and the hundred-grain weight could significantly increase by 13.91%(P<0.05)in 40mg·L-1 mixed rare earth lanthanum and cerium.For Dongnong 47,the hundred-grain weight could significantly increase by 10.96%(P<0.05)in 150mg·L-1La Cl3.With the treatment of cerium,180mg·L-1La Cl3,and mixed rare earth lanthanum and cerium could significantly increase the hundred-grain weight of Dongnong 52,and the effect of 90mg·L-1Ce Cl3 was the most significant,with an increase of 24.47%(P<0.05).
