Comprehensive Utilization Of Corn Straws And Development And Popularization Of The Suitable Equipments

Corn straw, which is the inevitable product of the process of the corn planting production, is a very precious resource. Corn straw in situ burning, not only causes environmental pollution and serious fire danger, but also causes great waste of resources. This thesis focused on the problem of comprehensive utilization of maize straw and stubble treatment and other issues, and did lots of work about the green harvested corn whole rod storage, straw harvest crushing baling and corn stubble treatment technology development and application promotion.Based on analyzing the existing silage harvester at home and abroad, this thesis developed the high efficiency corn silage harvester with 73.5kw four-wheel tractor as power, which makes the chopped, throwing etc. of the integration, and really improves the level of mechanized harvest rate. Moreover, the thesis developed a kind of harvesting crushing straw baler with 90 horsepower four-wheel tractor as power, which can not only accomplish all the work of corn stalk rubbing processing and bale compressing, but also complete the work of “cut- pick – rub” integrated operation at one time. Last but not least, the author of the thesis researched and designed a small corn stubble planning machine, which is matched with a walking tractor, and it has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, and easy to adjust to the depth of features, whose stubble cleaning effect is quite good, and is suitable for regional promotion and small plot, to use a narrow road block.
