With the continuous increase of the population,the demands of corn has gradually expanded.The current sowing and fertilization technology can no longer meet the requirements of modern agricultural machinery and agronomic sowing.The combination of electrical control technology,sensor control technology and traditional mechanical control can improve the precision of sowing and fertilization.At present,corn seeders generally use traditional mechanical control of seeding and fertilization,and use ground wheel to drive the seeder and fertilizer.However,the ground wheel drive is likely to cause slippage,resulting in seed leakage and granular fertilizer application,which affects the later stage.Emergence uniformity and yield;when the planter is operating in the field,the seeds in the seed box and the fertilizer in the fertilizer box will also be missing,and the phenomenon of seed leakage and granular fertilizer application will also occur.Therefore,in this paper,the research on the control method of precise seed seeding and fertilization based on expert fuzzy PID control is carried out in accordance with the above issues,mainly including the following:(1)Completing the construction of the hardware control system.The PLC is used as the control core,and the rotary encoder is used as the speed signal detection device.The detection signal is transmitted to the PLC in pulse form,and then the PIC controls the stepper motor to drive the seed metering device and fertilizer metering device for precise seeding and precise fertilization.The infrared through-beam photoelectric sensor is used to monitor the remaining amount of seeds and granular fertilizer in the seed box and fertilizer box to remind the staff to add seeds and fertilizer in time.(2)Adjust and monitor the sowing and fertilization by using the touch screen human-machine interactive interface.Stepper motor is used instead of ground wheel to drive the seeder and fertilizer remover to reduce the leakage rate.At the same time,through the man-machine interaction interface,the planting distance can be adjusted,and the working speed,seeding amount and fertilizing amount of the seeding machine can be monitored to achieve stepless speed regulation,reducing the labor intensity of staff and saving resources.(3)The characteristics of the conventional PID control,fuzzy control,and expert fuzzy PID control are compared in simulation.In view of the robustness of the expert fuzzy PID controller,the expert fuzzy PID is selected as the control for precise seeding and fertilization of corn.algorithm.(4)The test analyzes the working condition of the corn no-tillage machine based on expert fuzzy PID.When the planter is driving at a reasonable speed(7.2km/h—8.5km/h),the planter's seeding accuracy can reach 98.6%and the fertilizer application accuracy can reach 97.8%.Basic precision seeding is basically achieved And precise fertilization.
