Cultivated land is the most important resource for human agricultural production and plays an important role in ensuring food,ecological security and sustainable development.Currently,China has relatively mature control over the amount of existing cultivated land,and has successively introduced a series of the strictest cultivated land protection systems.The quality of cultivated land and production capacity are closely related to production and management,so it is particularly important to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of cultivated land quality and production capacity.According to the existing "evaluation standard",combine the actual situation of the county,expert scoring method is used to select the cultivated land quality and cultivated land productivity evaluation index to evaluate and county study,and analyze the results,and county cultivated land quality overall is higher,the master concentration distribution,the overall shows the tendency of high mountains and low plains,master the cultivated land distribution in most parts of our county;The cultivated land productivity level is generally high,and it is clustered and distributed in 5,6 and 7 levels,and is compared and analyzed with the national nature level and utilization level in the updated results of cultivated land quality level in he county in 2017,respectively,which has a strong consistency and basically conforms to the county level.This paper mainly through the study on and county cultivated land quality and productivity evaluation,further perfecting the existing evaluation of cultivated land quality survey and monitoring index system,and improve the tolerance,complete and scientific system and the international system,appropriate to the formation and the management system of survey evaluation technology system,in order to better support the arable land evaluation and monitoring work.And effectively solve the current situation of cultivated land quality achievements,insufficient healthy production capacity and lack of ecological indicators,so as to meet the needs of the balance of cultivated land in the new stage,and achieve the "trinity" protection of cultivated land quantity,quality and ecology.
