Cultivated land is the necessary material basis and foundation for the development of human society.As the most basic resource of human agriculture,the quality of cultivated land has a direct impact on our food security.With the acceleration of urbanization industrialization in the 21 st century,a large number of high-quality cultivated land has been occupied,and the population is increasing,the demand for food is increasing,and the problem of arable land becomes increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is of great value and significance to enhance the quality management of cultivated land and to evaluate the quality of cultivated land.Other factors such as full impact in zhongjiang county cultivated land quality and the cultivated land quality of zhongjiang county,to reveal zhongjiang county land productive potential,reasonable adjustment of zhongjiang county land use layout,explore the new mechanism of cultivated land quality management,quality of zhongjiang county cultivated land effective protection.This article through to the field investigation of zhongjiang county cultivated land change area,on the basis of investigate factors influencing the quality of cultivated land change,combined with relevant research literature at home and abroad,using Delphi method to establish the zhongjiang don't update the evaluation index system of cultivated land quality,etc;Using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight,based on the GIS technology to extract the relevant indicators information,the land use coefficient,land economic coefficient and natural quality score were calculated by the weighted average method.Then,the index of cultivated land quality is calculated and converted into the national level index.According to the rules of cultivated land quality,the cultivated land quality of cultivated land is determined.Finally combined with the conditions of no change of cultivated land quality and so on don't analyze the county cultivated land quality etc.Don't change,dig deeper into the study area in the cultivated land quality construction and the existing problems in land use,farmland protection and rational utilization of related Suggestions are put forward.Through research,the following results are mainly achieved:(1)It constructs the parameter index system of farmland grading in zhongjiang county.Combination with the previous results of data and the analysis of the cultivated land data related to zhongjiang validation,with a final section configuration,effective soil layer thickness,rock outcrops,soil PH,soil texture,soil organic matter content,the drainage condition of the terrain slope,irrigation assurance,nine factors grading factor index system is constructed.(2)The evaluation results show that,in 2013,the cultivated land countries of zhongjiang county were involved in 7,8,9 and 10 levels,with the area of 4264.94 hm2,22364.94hm2,45161.10hm2,and 30868.41hm2.The land use of cultivated land involves 5,6,7,8,9 and 10,and the area is 0.29hm2,1795.90hm2,8279.41hm2,3828.52hm2,41559.21hm2,27196.05hm2.The cultivated land national economy includes 4,5,6,7,8,9,and 10 levels,the area is 183.01hm2,1749.28hm2,5144.43hm2,12395.00hm2,36215.64hm2,46945.94hm2,24.40hm2.(3)Compared with the quality of cultivated land in 2010,the overall quality of cultivated land tends to increase.Among them,the area ratio of land area of cultivated land was 4.15% and 7.77%,respectively,respectively,and the area of land area was 0.92% and 11.01% respectively.The area ratio of the cultivated land was 0.0009%,1.75%,2.35% and 6.40%,respectively.The area ratio of the land area was 1.73% and 8.78%,respectively.The area ratio of 4,5,6,7 and 8 of cultivated land national economy was increased by 0.18%,1.10%,0.37%,3.65% and 10.59%,respectively,and the area ratio of 9 and 10 decreased by 15.84% and 0.05% respectively.
