Research On The Change And Prediction Of Cultivated Land In Lingshi County

Cultivated land resource is one of the most important resources in China,which is related to the survival of more than one billion people in our country.It is particularly important for us to protect cultivated land.In recent years,all regions have taken effective measures to strengthen the main responsibility,strictly implement the system of balance between occupation and compensation,strictly abide by the red line of cultivated land,and the work of cultivated land protection has achieved remarkable results.For now,China's economic development continues to improve,industrialization and urbanization are further promoted,but China's arable land resources are constantly decreasing,a certain amount and quality of arable land is a necessary condition for human survival and development.Strengthening the protection of cultivated land is the top priority for more than 1.4 billion people in China.How to deal with the problems of "construction" and "eating" is an urgent matter for China at present.Therefore,the Central Committee of the Party and the State Council specifically put forward the requirements of "sticking to the three baselines of the nature of public ownership of land,no breakthrough in the red line of cultivated land,no damage to the interests of farmers" and "protecting cultivated land like giant pandas",putting the effective protection of the quantity and quality of cultivated land in the first place.Therefore,it is necessary to study the protection of cultivated land quality.On the basis of domestic and foreign experience,this paper takes Lingshi County in Shanxi Province as an example to study the problems existing in the protection of cultivated land in Lingshi County.Under the situation of decreasing arable land and low quality of arable land,the change of cultivated land resources in Lingshi County from 2008 to 2017 was analyzed through quantitative analysis and prediction research.That is to say,from 2008 to 2017,the arable land area in Lingshi County decreased from 52.73 Mu to 409.8 mu,with a net decrease of 117,500 mu,with an average annual decrease of nearly 118,000 mu,and the per capita arable land area also decreased from 21 mu in 2008.By 2017,1.46 mu,the demand of cultivated land in Lingshi County in 2035 was predicted to be 34543.3 hectares,equivalent to 518,100 mu.Combining with the changing trend of cultivated land in Lingshi County,the countermeasures and suggestions for correctly handling the relationship between cultivated land protection and economic development,sustainable utilization of cultivated land and cultivated land protection were put forward.
