Factors Influencing Vegetable Farmers' Willingness To Reduce Pesticide Application

With the improvement of people's living standard and income level,consumers' consumption center has undergone great changes.Vegetable consumption gradually occupies the main position,and consumers pay more and more attention to vegetable quality and safety.However,in recent years,food quality and safety problems occur frequently,which not only endanger consumers' health,but also greatly reduce consumers' trust in government control.Vegetable farmers are the source of whether vegetable quality is safe or not.However,at present,vegetable farmers lack a correct understanding of pesticides,tend to overapply pesticides,and fail to apply pesticides scientifically and rationally,which are the important reasons leading to problems in vegetable quality and safety.Therefore,this article research goal is through the study of the field investigation and study of Linyi city,find out the influence of Linyi vegetable farmers reduce pesticide shi will influence factors,and through analysis the influencing factors,and for the government to provide evidence for reasonable scientific intervention guidance policy,so as to fundamentally solve the growers were unreasonable,such as applying pesticide behavior of science.In order to achieve the above research,this article in July 2019-September 9 of Yinan county in Shandong province,Mengyin county,randomly selected from one or two villages and towns of on-the-spot questionnaire survey was conducted among 525 growers,combining the theory of planned behavior,the peasant household behavior theory and sustainable development theory,and analyzed the influence of vegetable growers pesticide reduction intend to the main factors,and the binary logistic model is constructed and the ISM model empirical analysis on the individual peasant household characteristics,characteristics of household operation,and application characteristics and cognitive characteristics,it is concluded that 10 kinds of main influence factors,The structural analysis of the 10 main influencing factors was carried out,and the fundamental influencing factors were finally found out.According to the relevant conclusions,Suggestions were given on the methods of government promoting vegetable growers to reduce pesticide application and rational and scientific pesticide application.Finally,based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following policy Suggestions: 1.strengthen scientific and reasonable applying pesticide safety propaganda work,improve farmers cognitive pesticides.2.Improve the education level of farmers,carry out special education counseling and training activities,improve their comprehensive quality,and more conducive to improving their willingness to reduce pesticide application.3.Expandand establish multi-channel pesticide publicity channels and training activities,improve farmers' awareness of pesticide use through TV,Internet or field demonstration and promotion,and change the current situation of excessive pesticide application.4.Improve the traceability system of vegetable quality.The government should strengthen the control to ensure the quality of vegetables from the source.
