| In the No.1 document of the central committee released in 2019,the Chinese government explicitly proposed to strengthen pollution control and ecological protection in rural areas,step up efforts to control pollution from non-point agricultural sources,carry out a campaign to reduce the use of fertilizers and pesticides,and realize negative growth in the use of fertilizers and pesticides.As a production factor,pesticides play an important role in the production process of crops,but the unreasonable use of pesticides by growers,especially the excessive use,seriously threatens the quality of agricultural products and the safety of ecological environment.Therefore,how to guide growers to adopt pesticides saving behavior has become an urgent practical problem to be solved.This paper studies the pesticide use behavior of wheat farmers and puts forward some countermeasures,it will help promote the adoption of medicine saving behavior by wheat growers,thus ensuring the realization of green agricultural development and the promotion of modernization in China.This paper takes the pesticide use behavior of wheat growers as the main research object,and selects heze city,shandong province as the research area to study the pesticide use behavior of wheat growers in this region.It adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview and field research,and adopts the methods of statistical analysis and quantitative analysis of field research.This paper focuses on the empirical study of the problems related to the pesticides use behavior of wheat growers from four aspects: the concept definition and theoretical basis,the description and explanation of the existing problems of the actual situation,the influencing factors of the pesticides use behavior and the countermeasures and Suggestions for the improvement of the related behaviors.The specific methods and research conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the definition of pesticide efficiency was defined,the connotation of pesticide use behavior was explained,and the economic theoretical basis of pesticide use in wheat planting was theoretically analyzed;Secondly,based on the analysis of wheat production and the overall use of pesticides in heze region,this paper made a statistical analysis of 375 questionnaires obtained from the survey,and analyzed the problems existing in the cognitive purchase and application of pesticides and the post-application treatment of growers in thisregion;Thirdly,the paper used binary logit regression model to conduct quantitative analysis on whether wheat growers in heze city adopt pesticide saving behavior,and used ISM model to determine the hierarchical relationship and hierarchical structure among the influencing factors.Finally,according to the analysis results,some policy suggestions are put forward.The results show that the pesticide use behavior of wheat growers in heze city has some problems,such as insufficient awareness of pesticides and pesticide saving policies,single purchase channels of pesticides,Insufficient preparatory work for pesticide application,the operation of pesticide application process is not standardized,and the post-processing behavior of pesticide application is not safe.The empirical results show that the pesticide saving behavior of growers is significantly influenced by seven factors,including the degree of education.Among them,the occurrence of diseases and insect pests,the perception of pesticide effectiveness are direct factors on the surface;the proportion of agricultural income,whether to participate in agricultural technical training are indirect factors on the middle level;Education level,occupation,farming area are deep-rooted factor.According to the analysis results of this paper,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: strengthening the publicity of pesticide laws and policies,and improving farmers’ pesticide cognition level;Promote rational rotation and mixing of pesticides to improve the effectiveness of pesticide control;Standardize pesticide market in rural areas to ensure the standardization of pesticide sources;Carry out training on pesticide application technology in agriculture and improve the level of pesticide application technology of farmers;Accelerate the use of supporting equipment to promote the use of pesticides,reduce the waste of pesticide resources;Establish the consciousness of safe use of medicine and improve the scientific use of medicine by farmers;We will promote appropriately scaled operations and reduce the cost of pesticide use per unit area. |
