Study On The Development Model Of Agricultural Circular Economy In Suzhou

As a basic industry,agriculture plays an indispensable role in the material exchange between man and nature.Circular economy provides theoretical guidance for the development of agricultural circularization,and the development of agricultural circular economy has become an upsurge of agricultural development in the world today,and is also an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of agriculture in Suzhou.Based on the theory of circular economics,system theory,ecological economics and other related theories,the development principles and models of agricultural circular economy are summarized.Based on the analysis and evaluation of Suzhou’s agricultural development,and according to the present situation of the natural environment,resource condition and economic and social development level in Suzhou area,this paper makes a SWOT analysis of the agricultural circular economy development in Suzhou area,and discusses the construction of its model concrete content and its safeguard measures.This paper shows that :(1)the development of agricultural circular economy in Suzhou area has sufficient economic base and policy-oriented advantages,but at the same time it faces financial and technical challenges;(2)through the analysis of the dynamic mechanism of the construction of agricultural circular economy model in Suzhou area,it shows that the driving force comes from the attention of relevant government departments,higher economic benefits and people’s growing awareness of environmental protection.Therefore,the agricultural circular economy model needs to be carried out from three aspects: government-led,leading enterprises-led and farmers-wide participation.The aim of industrial circular upgrading is to establish agriculture-based and tourism-based industries through multi-party participation the cycle operation flow of the chain.(3)Combining with the previous analysis and drawing experience from the successful practice cases of agricultural circular economy model at home and abroad,this paper comprehensively constructs the progressive model of Suzhou from the embryonic stage of "farming and breedingtour" mode to the relatively perfect growth mode of "farming and breeding biogas tour" and then to the mature advanced mode of "farming,breeding and swimming ".(4)Combining with the weak links in the development mode of agricultural circular economy in Suzhou area,four safeguard measures are put forward from the four dimensions of environmental consciousness,mechanism,technology and capital to promote the good situation of agricultural circular economy development in Suzhou area.To realize Suzhou farming The environmental quality of the village and the agricultural economic benefit are greatly improved,the integration and optimal allocation of agricultural resources in Suzhou area are realized,and the circular green development is formed,so as to the development beautiful Suzhou.
