Evaluation Of The Typical Circular Agriculture Mode And Its Sustai Nable Development Ability In Anhui Province

With the rapid development of China's economy,the traditional agricultural extension mode of economic growth driven economic growth in resource consumption,ignoring the internal connection of agricultural industry,the relationship between industries and the relationship between economic system and natural system,its disadvantages being gradually appeared.Under the dual threshold of resources and environment,it is necessary to change the mode of agricultural production and management.In this context,circular agriculture change the original single linear production and operation mode to the closed loop cycle of resource conservation,environment-friendly new agriculture production methods from the resource environment and through the "reduce,reuse and resources" basic principles,which is of great significance to the transformation of agricultural development and the establishment of the non-confrontation of sustainable development of modern agriculture between natural,social and economic systems.Based on the theory of circular agriculture,this paper describes the conditions of the development of circular agriculture in Anhui Province using normative analysis and empirical analysis method and classified the mode of circulating agriculture by summarizing the research of relevant experts and scholars,combined with the regional characteristics and development stage of circular agriculture in Anhui Province,then analyzing the cycle path and basic principles of the selected four typical circular agricultural modes and integrated the material flow,energy flow,information flow data of three small eco economic system in Anhui province using emergy theory and analysis method,quantitative analyzing the natural,economic and social subsystem,on the basis of this,then evaluates the sustainable development level of circulating agriculture in Anhui Province and finally provides relevant suggestions on further development toward the existing problems.The results of the study showed that in the emergy analysis of three small eco economic system based on 2015 survey data,the main obstacle is a rising proportion of agricultural labor costs,and on the other hand is in the increased inputs of industrial auxiliary energy in agricultural production and operation,which is consistent with the main problems of agricultural development in China in recent years.The analysis of the natural subsystems,social subsystems and economic subsystems of the three small eco-economic systems showthat there are great differences in the sustainable development index ESI,the sustainable development performance index ESID and the regional ecosystem health index EREHI among the sustainable development comprehensive indicators of the three ecological economic system through the energy conversion and utilization in system,Huidian circular agriculture model having obvious advantages,the differences in the development stage and the main business of Baodi and Guihe circular mode determined the differences in its circulatory effect to a certain extent.In general,the development of circular agriculture has a positive effect on the promotion of regional agricultural sustainable development.
