Research And Countermeasure Analysis On The Development Of Agricultural Circular Economy In Shanxi Province

Agriculture is the basic industry for the operation of the national economy,and the sustainable development of agriculture is also the basis for other industries to achieve sustainable development.Under the background of national industrial restructuring,the green and healthy development of agriculture has also attracted much attention.As a resource-rich province,the development of agriculture in Shanxi Province has been in a backward state throughout the country.However,the adjustment of backward production capacity makes the economic growth of Shanxi Province decline rapidly.How to find a new economic growth point has become a realistic problem for the future development of Shanxi Province.This paper tries to promote the transformation and upgrading of Shanxi's economic development by looking for a new path of agricultural development.Based on a systematic review of the literature at home and abroad,this paper first clarifies the development history and theoretical background of agricultural circular economy,including the concept,basic principles and models of agricultural circular economy.Secondly,based on the theories of sustainable agricultural development,circular economy,eco-economics and agricultural eco-economy,this paper systematically summarizes the development of agricultural circular economy.On this basis,the development models of agricultural circular economy in foreign countries are discussed,including Japan's multiple co-governance model,America's system complement model and Germany's agricultural integration model,which provide experience and lessons for the development of agriculture in China.Thirdly,taking Shanxi Province as an example,this paper analyses the economic operation status,resource conditions and existing problems of circular agriculture development in Shanxi Province,and summarizes the development mode of agricultural circular economy in Shanxi Province,including the development mode of economic parks in Taigu County,the suburban sightseeing mode of Yuncheng City and the eco-animal husbandry economic mode of Xinzhou City.Finally,according to the analysis of the development status of agricultural circular economy in Shanxi Province,the paper puts forward policy recommendations from five aspects.
