Recently strawberry cultivation in greenhouses has become more and more common.However,a key issue for us is that how to solve the problem of trenching and ridges in the strawberry planting process.At present,a hand-held micro tillage machine was used in the strawberry grooving work commonly.However,due to the ditch depth and ridge height which cannot meet the need of the agronomic requirements in strawberry planting,and the low stability of ditching and ridge,the ridge shaping needs to be completed manually after the grooving operation.It has the disadvantages of high labor intensity,high cost and low work efficiency.Therefore,the development of the strawberry industry is restricted by the problem of grooving ridges in strawberry cultivation in greenhouses seriously.Based on the results of the field research of strawberry planting base in Changfeng County and the agronomic requirements of strawberry planting,a grooving ridge device for strawberry planting in greenhouse was designed and determined in this paper.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)The demand for agricultural machinery for strawberry planting in Changfeng area and the size of the greenhouse for planting strawberries are fully inspected.The outer dimensions of the trenching ridge is determined by the two parameters;The agronomic requirements for strawberry planting in greenhouses is understood and determined,that is,the ditch depth is 25cm-40cm,the ridge height is ? 30cm,the ridge top width is 35cm?40cm,and the ridge bottom width is 70cm.(2)The structure of the grooving machine and the main operating parameters of the grooving parts are determined,that is,the speed of the grooving cutter is 477.7?573.2r/min,and the turret cutter speed is 454.7-546r/min.The key components and the whole machine in three dimensions is designed and assembled by the NX8.5 software,and the prototype is prototyped.At the same time,a test bench for measuring the power consumption of the grooving tool is designed and prototyped.(3)The stress and strain values of the transmission shaft and the grooving tool under maximum resistance are simulated and analyzed by using ANSYS software;The dynamics simulation analysis of the ditching tool and the boring tool working at 1.5km/h and the working speed of 520r/min and 500r/min respectively is done by ABAQUS software.And the work effect diagram of the ditching tool and the burrowing are got at the same time.(4)A field experiment is designed.The ditch depth,ridge height,cutter speed and soil mode are used as test factors,and the power consumption,ditch depth stability,ridge height stability,and soil breaking rate are tested as test index.The two indexes are used as orthogonal test and single factor analysis.The test results show that the ditch depth,ridge height,ridge width and groove bottom width meet the agronomic requirements of strawberry planting;The cutter rotation speeds in the three soil modes with the highest ridge stability are obtained,that is,the speed of the groove cutter is 516.4r/min,520r/min,528.2r/min,the groove stability is 86.47%,86.0%,85.6%,and the ridge cutter speed is 468.8r/min,472.2r/min,492.2r/min,and the ridge stability is 87.44%,84.8%,84.5%;After the ridge cutter work,the soil breaking rate is 86.4%,84.7%,83.2%,which meets the requirements of the standard operating quality index of 55%.
