In china eat hutch waste not only output is big and pollution is bigger also,but what cannot ignore is eat hutch waste nutrition value is high,can use component is big,can pile up in vegetable cultivation make fertilizer,will achieve the result that resource USES with this..Thesis mainly expounds the composting material set different carbon and nitrogen ratio,carbon and nitrogen is raging,and spake,and a total of nine,respectively:T1(+eat hutch waste sawdust,C/N=part),T2(+eat hutch waste sawdust,C/N=25:1)and T3(+eat hutch waste sawdust,C/N=spake),T4(eat hutch waste+corn straw,C/N=part),T5(eat hutch waste+corn straw,C/N=25:1),T6(eat hutch waste+corn straw,C/N=spake),T7 has(+eat hutch waste sawdust+corn straw,C/N=part),T8(+eat hutch waste sawdust+corn straw,C/N=25:1)and T9(kitchen waste+sawdust+corn stalk,C/N=30:1),to explore the effects of different carbon and nitrogen ratios on the pHysical and chemical properties of compost After the end of compost,planting Chinese cabbage,using 9 kinds of compost and sand soil respectively in accordance with the proportion of 80%to 20%for preparation,in addition,the pure sand soil without any organic fertilizer as a control,in order to explore the impact of compost on the growth and development of Chinese cabbage and soil pHysical and chemical properties,screening the most suitable for the growth of Chinese cabbage compost.The test results mainly include the following points:(1)In the composting process,the time for 9 treatments to reach high temperature is inconsistent The longer time for T2,T3 and T7 treatments to reach high temperature is 20 days,and the longer time for other treatments to reach high temperature is 5 days.All compost starts to cool in about 80 days.The cooling time lasts for 10-15 days,and the temperature drops to the same as the ambient temperature.(2)QuiCK available nutrients and total available nutrients had different changes compared with the initial value.At the end of the compost,nine processing available nitrogen and compost,The largest increases were in T6,T1 and T8 treatments,with increases of 1926%,642%and 433%,respectively.Compared with the initial value of compost,T1 treatment increased the most by 132%for available phosphorus,and T4,T9 and T1 treatments increased the most by 128%,125%and 99%,.The total effective nitrogen mass fraction decreased from the initial value due to the large loss of nitrogen due to the continuous ammonia volatilization,the oversize of the reactor,the partial anaerobic condition in the reactor,and the denitrification of nitrate nitrogen under anaerobic conditions.Total available potassium and total available pHospHorus increased to varying degrees from their initial values.After composting,compared with the initial value,T5 treatment,T8 treatment and T4 treatment had different increases,with the largest increases being 160%,113%and 101%,respectively.T2 treatment,T1 treatment and T8 treatment had the largest increases,with 670%,619%and 534%,respectively.In the process of composting kitchen waste,organic matter lost the most.After composting,compared with the initial value,organic matter content in all treatments decreased to different degrees,with the greatest reduction in T7 treatment,T2 treatment,T3 treatment and T4 treatment,with decreases of 53%,52%and 45%,respectively.(3)Compost temperature was positively correlated with catalase,urease,sucrase and cellulase.Catalase showed an extremely significant positive correlation with sucrase,urease and cellulase(p<0.01),with a positive correlation of 0.658,0.597 and 0.518.Sucrase and urease showed an extremely significant positive correlation(p<0.01),with a correlation of 0.366,and cellulase showed a significantly positive correlation(p<0.05),with a correlation of 0.333.The temperature during composting has a certain effect on the number of microorganisms,the number of fungi is negatively correlated with the composting temperature,the number of actinomycetes is positively correlated with the temperature,and the number of bacteria is least affected by the temperature.In addition,compared with fungi and actinomycetes,the number of bacteria is the largest.(4)After the end of composting,all indicators were in line with the standards of the organic fertilizer industry(NY525-2012).Moreover,the seed germination index ranged from 85.2%to 166.2%,indicating that the compost was completely rotten.(5)Compared with CK which was not added,the treatment of added kitchen waste compost,It can improve the growth and development of Chinese cabbage and soil fertility.The comprehensive scores of kitchen waste compost with different ratios of sand and soil were obtained by principal component analysis,which were in the order of T9>,T2>,T7>,T1>,T8>,T3>,T5,>,T4>,T6,>CK,indicating that compared with the control,the addition of kitchen waste compost had a significant effect on the growth,development,yield and quality of Chinese cabbage among which T9 treatment had the highest effect.
