In this paper, according to the influence of different drip irrigation methods and water and fertilizer conditions on wine grape in the gravel soil area of the eastern foot of Helan Mountain, the effects of different drip irrigation methods and water and fertilizer conditions on the growth, photosynthesis, yield and quality of wine grape were studied systematically by using the randomized block test and orthogonal test, which provided the theory for efficient water-saving irrigation and improving quality and efficiency of wine grape in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain on the basis and technical support. The main research results are as follows:(1)Two-factor three-level randomized block test was used to study the effects of different drip irrigation methods and irrigation quotas on the growth, photosynthesis, yield and quality of wine grapes, the research shows:The growth, photosynthesis, yield and quality indexes of high water treatment under mulch drip irrigation(A3W1)were more reasonable than those of middle water treatment without film drip irrigation(A1W2)and other seven treatments. The growth indexes of treatment A3W1 were 5.81%?10.92%higher than those of treatment A1W2,the net photosynthetic rate increased by 32.88%,the yield increased by 89.30%,total acid content increased by 33.78%,other quality indicators are within a reasonable range.Comprehensive consideration, under the condition that the rainfall during the growth period of the year is 126.3mm,the treatment of drip irrigation under the film and irrigation quota of 2295m3/hm2 in the growth period of Cabernet Sauvignon wine grape has better effect on improving quality and increasing efficiency.(2)Two-factor three-level randomized block test was used to study the effects of different drip irrigation methods and fertilization amount on the growth, photosynthesis, yield and quality of wine grapes, the research shows:The growth, photosynthesis, yield and quality indexes of high fertilization amount treatment under mulch drip irrigation(A3F1)were more reasonable than those of middle fertilization amount treatment without film drip irrigation(A1F2)and other seven treatments. The growth indexes of treatment A3F1 were 6.40%-10.44%higher than those of treatment A1F2,the net photosynthetic rate increased by 36.87%,the yield increased by 85.72%,total acid content increased by 34.00%,other quality indicators are within a reasonable range.Comprehensive consideration, under the condition that the rainfall during the growth period of the year is 126.3mm,the treatment of drip irrigation under the film and fertilization amount of 291.45kg/hm2 in the growth period of Cabernet Sauvignon wine grape has better effect on improving quality and increasing efficiency.(3)Three-factor three-level orthogonal test was used to study the effects of different drip irrigation methods and irrigation quotas and fertilization amount on the growth, photosynthesis, yield and quality of wine grapes. The experiment concluded the primary and secondary factors of different factors on growth index, yield and quality of wine grape, single factor variation rule and optimal combination scheme of factors. The results showed that:under different drip irrigation, the order of grape yield was under film drip>above film drip>non film drip;the yield of grape increased with the increase of irrigation quota, and increased with the increase of fertilization. The range and variance analysis of yield were conducted. The order of the three factors affecting the yield was drip irrigation A>irrigation quota B>fertilization amount C,and the three factors all reached significant levels.Considering growth, photosynthesis, yield and quality comprehensively, determining the optimal level combination as A1B3C3,that is,using drip irrigation under film, the irrigation quota is 2295 m3/hm2,the fertilization amount is 291.45kg/hm2,the yield is 13881.25kg/hm2.Under such conditions, wine grapes have better quality and higher photosynthesis and growth indexes.
