According to agriculture irrigation and water saving potential in Tongliaoshi of Keerqin area , provide the science basis for controlling water supply , based on the factual state of water supply to agriculture irrigation and other businesses.A study on the water saving potential of irrigation Agriculture in Tongliaoshi of Keerqin area is the premise and key to achieve the optimized redistribution and sustainable utilization of Tongliaoshi water resources. Considering the actuality of the water resources of basin and exploitation development, referencing both the international and domestic advanced technology of water saving and conservationg, and following the scientific, practical and simple principle. The author investigated and collected mass basic data about the use of water in agriculture of the water Keerqin area .Finally, the author constitutes the model of optimizition in large sacale agriculture irrigation based on decomposing and corresponding.Below are the details:(1)I analysed the actuality of the number of agriculture irrigation in Keerqin area. The water-saving potential is analyzed by the comparisom of irrigation quota method.(2)Based water-svaing agricultural point, the dissertation analyzes the current water-saving agrieultural development and its problems,water-svaing agricultural benefit are evaluated using the principal component.(3)The water-using situation in many years is annalysed in Kerqin area. The sum of agricultural irrigation water is forecasted in the planing year, and based on it the water-saving potential is calculated using the computing method of water-saving potential.(4)I established the model of agricultural irrigation using-water optimization according to the large-scale system theory and solved.
