This thesis mainly studied the effects of diets with different dietary concentrate to forage ration on the growth performance, blood biochemistry and immune indexes of lambs. The experiment used 30 male Dorper and Mongolia crossbred sheep crossbred lambs with a weight of about 25kg,according to the principle of no significant diffence Completely randomized into three groups,10 animals in each group, and the three groups were fed diets with dietary ratios of 3:7(group ?),5:5(group ?)and 7:3(group ?).The pre-feeding period is 15 days, and the trial period is 60 days. The results showed that:1)Different dietary concentrate to forage ration have a significant effect on lamb production performance. Both the stage daily weight gain and the whole-period daily weight gain are significantly higher in groups ? and ? than in group I(P<0.01).Group ? was significantly higher than group ? and ?(P<0.05).In this experiment, when the dietary concentrate ratio increased to more than 5:5,the feed-weight ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between group ? and group ?(P>0.05)2)Different dietary concentrate to forage ration have a significant impact on some blood biochemical indicators of lambs. At 30 days of testing, the calcium in Groups ? and ? was significantly higher than that in Group ?(P<0.05),and the alkaline phosphatase, phosphorus, zinc, and magnesium in Group ? were significantly higher than those in Group ?(P<0.05),Group ? The content of alanine aminotransferase was significantly higher than that in group ?(P<0.01),and the content of alanine aminotransferase in group ? was significantly higher than that in group ?(P<0.01).The content of alkaline phosphatase in groups ? and ? was significantly higher than that in group ?(P<0.01),and the content of lactate dehydrogenase in group ? was significantly higher than that in groups ? and ?(P<0.05);The blood glucose and plasma urea nitrogen in group ? and group ? were significantly higher than those in group ?(P<0.05).The alanine aminotransferase and lactate dehydrogenase in group ? were significantly higher than those in groups? and ?(P<0.01)The aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase were significantly higher than group ?(P<0.05),and the high-density lipoprotein in group? was significantly higher than that in group ?(P<0.05).Other blood biochemical indicators were not significantly different between groups(P>0.05).3)Different dietary concentrate to forage ration have a significant impact on some of the lamb's immune indicators. The IgA of group ? was significantly higher than that of group ? at 30 days of the experiment(P<0.05);and the CD8+of group? was significantly higher than that of groups ? and ?(P<0.05),and the CD4+of groups ? and ? was 60 days after the test.CD4+/CD8+was significantly lower than that in group ?(P<0.05);LBP in group ? was significantly higher than that in groups ? and ?(P<0.05).Under the conditions of this experiment, the CD4+,CD 14,CD103,interleukin 1,interleukin 10,interferon,transforming growth factor ?,tumor necrosis factor ?,IgG,IgM,serum amyloid A,binding globin of lamb,C-reactive protein had no significant effect(P>0.05).In summary, the experimental group ? of this study appropriately increased the proportion of concentrate in the diet, which can improve the growth performance of the lamb, ensure the health of the lamb, and will not affect the normal immune performance of the lamb.
