A Study On The Spatial Correlation And Its Influencing Factors Of Forestry Economic Development In Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang forest industry forest area is the largest state-owned forest area in China with abundant forest resources and the highest timber output in China.From 1998 to 2015,the state issued various measures for forest protection and forest region transformation,which gradually changed the forest area of Heilongjiang Province from the limited cutting forest area to the commercial cutting forea,so that the forest area of Heilongjiang Province,which has long been taking the timber cutting and processing as the main profit model,must change the economic development model as soon as possible to ensure its smooth transition.Under the trend of regional economic integration and economic development in China,the forestry bureaus in Heilongjiang forest industry region have similar ways to promote the national economic development,and the industries available for development are roughly the same,and the forest industry region in Heilongjiang Province can also be regarded as an economic integration region as a whole,and the forestry bureaus can develop together.Therefore,we should understand the current situation of forestry economic development in Heilongjiang Province,construct the overall spatial network of forestry economic development in Heilongjiang Province,explore its network characteristics,excavate the factors influencing the spatial correlation of forestry economic development in Heilongjiang Province,find the future development direction,and put forward relevant suggestions to improve the existing policies,laws and regulations The sustainable development of forest economy is of great significanceFirst of all,the research objects and methods are defined,and 40 forestry bureaus under 4 forestry administration bureaus in Heilongjiang Province are selected as the research scope;according to a large number of literature reading and the collation and analysis of the forestry economic development data of 40 forestry bureaus,the social network analysis method,a composite statistical method,is selected to study the forestry economic development in Heilongjiang Province Spatial correlation and its influencing factors were studied.Different forestry bureaus are redivided into four functional blocks,named with "two-wayspillover plate","net benefit plate","net spillover plate" and "broker plate".According to the relationship between the plate and the plate,the transmission mechanism of forestry economic development momentum is concluded.Thirdly,eight variables are selected from seven levels,such as geographical location,forest resource reserve,forest products,consumption level,industrial structure,investment level and human resource input to construct the index system of spatial correlation influencing factors of forestry economic development in Heilongjiang Province,and to explore the correlation between each variable and between dependent variables and independent variables,through QAP regression The research shows that the forestry economic development in Heilongjiang Province has a certain spatial correlation,with high correlation and strict level;each forestry bureau plays different roles in the spatial network according to different spatial benefits and spatial spillover functions.Six forestry bureaus,such as Dahai forest,belong to the net benefit plate,while 14 forestry bureaus,such as friendship,belong to the net benefit plate Net spillover plate,10 forestry bureaus such as Chaihe belong to two-way spillover plate,10 forestry bureaus such as Hailin belong to broker plate,and each plate has a certain flow of forestry economic kinetic energy;the difference of investment level plays an extremely important positive role in the spatial correlation of forestry economic development in Heilongjiang Forest Industry and forest region;the adjacent relationship of geographical location and the difference of forest products The difference and the difference of human resource input also play an important role in the spatial correlation of forestry economic development in Heilongjiang Province;the difference of forest resource reserve,consumption level and industrial structure are the factors but not the main ones that affect the spatial correlation of forestry economic development in Heilongjiang Province Finally,according to the above research results,the paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and operation of the spatial network of forestry economic development in Heilongjiang forest industry forest region from seven aspects of forest industry,investment,labor force,scientific and technological innovation,and makes a theoretical contribution to the overall forestry economic growth of Heilongjiang forest industry forest region.
