The Analysis Of The Sustainable Development Of Agriculture On The Cultivated Land Protection Policy Of Zhucheng City

Cultivated land is the foundation of national food security and social stable development.As a large agricultural country,"protecting cultivated land" is the most important work of the party and the state for a long time,and it is also established as a basic national policy.At present,with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization and the increasing population,the number of cultivated land is decreasing year by year,the number of cultivated land per capita is small,and the reserve of cultivated land resources is insufficient.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze and study the rationality of farmland protection policy at present in China and put forward reasonable suggestions,which is conducive to the long-term and stable development of ecological security and food security.Based on the theory of agricultural land resources,the theory of agricultural sustainable development and the theory of public policy,taking Zhucheng city as an example,this paper first combs the basic situation of the national cultivated land protection policy,the general situation of cultivated land resources and the current situation of cultivated land utilization in Zhucheng City,and then analyzes the grade of cultivated land,the distribution of cultivated land and the increase and decrease of cultivated land in recent years by using the method of chart The conclusion is that the pressure of cultivated land protection policy is increasing year by year.Secondly,through the research on the background and implementation effect of the cultivated land protection policies in various cities,it is analyzed that the cultivated land protection in this city has some problems,such as the low level of agricultural industrialization,the low enthusiasm of rural cultivated land protection,the prominent problems of non-farming and non-grain,the lack of potential for the development and protection of cultivated land,etc.At the same time,the root causes of the problems are further explored,and the reasons for the lack of sustainability of urban cultivated land protection policies are analyzed,which are the difficulties in withdrawing and trading rural homestead,the pressure on the balance of occupation and compensation of key projects,the lack of incentive mechanism for cultivated land protection,the lack of cultivated land reserve resources,scattered.Finally,in view of the above problems and reasons,this paper puts forward four suggestions: to improve the scale of agricultural industrialization,to enhance the enthusiasm of farmers for farmland protection,to guard against the problems of non-agricultural and non-grain,and to improve the incentive mechanism for farmland protection.It is of great significance for Zhucheng city to establish and perfect the policy of cultivated land protection,to explore the path of agricultural sustainable development and to ensure the agricultural production of the whole city.
