Mongolian astragalus is one of the commonly used bulk medicinal materials,the element to ten medicine nine prescription,with the expansion of the cultivation scale of Mongolian astragalus,the pesticide residues caused by the chemical control of diseases and insect pests are becoming more and more serious.Aiming at the main diseases and insect pests of astragalus mongolicus,the low toxicity and safe biological pesticides and physical methods were selected to carry out the control test,and the control effect of diseases and insect pests,the root characters of the medicinal material and the main active ingredients were evaluated.The research results are as follows:1.The control effect of weeds in Astragalus nursery field is in order of artificial weeding>chlorpyrifos>bean Xerox>weeding cloth>CK;the transplanted field of Astragalus is mainly grass weeds,and the control effect of field weeds is artificial weeding>high cover>Clethodim>najujing>weeding cloth>control;there is no significant difference between the content of isoflavone glucoside in each treatment and the control group,but there is a significant difference between the treatments of astragaloside(P>0.05),physical weeding The content of astragaloside ? in the treatment was higher than that in the herbicide treatment.2.The use of solar frequency vibration insecticidal lamps can trap the astragalus pests,and the number of trapped beneficial insects is very small.The use of yellow plate armyworm can effectively control aphids.The yellow plate placement method has no significant effect on the amount of trapped insects,but the yellow plate stocking density has an effect on the insecticidal effect,with 37 pieces/mu being the best.3?It was found that coleoptera pests were mainly killed in July and lepidoptera pests were mainly killed in August and September,and the number of beneficial insects was very small.The results showed that the arrangement of the yellow plates parallel to and perpendicular to the planting rows had no significant effect on the amount of the insects.The placement density of the yellow plate has an effect on the pest control effect.The best one is 37 pieces per mu,which can not only ensure the target insect trap,but also reduce the trap amount of related beneficial insects and save the cost.3.Insecticide prevention and control of aphids,the primary control effect is not good,and the secondary control treatment effect can reach 100%;the average content of isoflavone glucoside after avermectin treatment is the highest,35.45ug/g higher than the control;The highest content of astragaloside was treated with matrine,which was 43.9ug/g higher than the average content of the control group.4.In Naimanqi pilot area,the average incidence of powdery mildew in Mongolian Astragalus plantation base is 21.9%,the average incidence of root rot is 18.4%,and the control effect of fungicidal treatment against powdery mildew is chlorothalonil>snakelin>small Berberine sterilization>CK in the control group,but the difference in the application treatment was not significant(P<0.01);the seedling yield of each chemical treatment had a very small increase compared with the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).
